Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

Breakfast: One slice of rye bread with peanut butter

Snack: Eat Natural bar

Lunch: vegetable soup; quorn meatballs in mushroom sauce with salad; pineapple

Snack: handful of panettone (naughty, it was in the office and I caved)

Dinner will be chicken and veg curry (no rice or bread)

Breakfast porridge with a lot of blueberries (frozen) and pomegranate, oat milk, tea
Lunch scrambled eggs on toast, water
Dinner salmon, two veg and rice, water
Snack dried apricots
Drinks have been tea, herbal teas and a medium latte

Experimenting in the kitchen today!

Breakfast was gluten free toast (I'm a Coeliac) topped with half an avocado, chilli and garlic salt and a sliced boiled egg. Tea.

Lunch was a bowl of made up soup - It was gorgeous! It contained onion, carrots, a yellow pepper, a courgette, leek, a few tomatoes and a can of chickpeas, garlic, chilli, various spices (oregano, basil, paprika and cumin) and a couple of stock cubes, blended with a bit of cream...it was SO nice! Had some pineapple afterwards.

Dinner was this keema mince www.slimmingeats.com/blog/keema-curry but I added curry powder, grated courgette and some baby spinach and topped it with sweet potatoes and stuck it under the grill...like a spicy cottage pie. Some kale on the side.

I have some gluten free profiteroles to use up later and unfortunately I also snaffled some Monty Bojangles truffles (5!) and a Kenco Baileys Latte mid day. But the rest was healthy!

L-roasted veg soup
D- pork ragu and spaghetti
3 custard creams, an apple, a few nuts and raisins, a coconut quality street.

B- porridge with skimmed milk and sweetener

L- chicken salad from Costa

S- aldi pea snacks and a banana

D- homemade vegan chilli (that was so hot it was pretty much inedible, oops!) and a jacket potato

S- will be a vat of ice cream to dampen above chilli's lingering effect.

Breakfast one of those fibre 1 bars
Lunch soup, cheese and onion toastie, a custard doughnut (I caved!)
Tea a wrap filled with a scrambled egg, a couple of spoons of beans, and a squeeze of ketchup
I might have another fibre 1 bar before bed.
Drinks lots of coffee (skimmed milk and sweetener, decaf after 5) and sugar free squash.
Today was my unhealthiest day for a while (we were out at lunchtime). I lost 4 pounds last week by sticking to three healthy meals, one healthy snack, and one “treat”.

I am on a diet and losing weight at a rate of 1lb a week This is my diet normally (except for the chocolate raisins);
2 tbsp Alpen no sugar muesli with skimmed milk, two tinned prunes in juice, and one tbsp Yeo Valley 0% plain yogurt, cup of instant decaff coffee with skimmed milk
sandwich made with one Warburtons thin, one slice of cold turkey, salad
two or three large apples throughout the day
fresh pineapple and two tbsp Yeo Valley 0% fat plain yogurt
100g chocolate covered raisins (because I was out on a 5 mile walk in the freezing cold)
piece of grilled salmon, grilled tomato, 1 oz mixed grains, boiled, boiled carrot, peas and broccoli
fresh pineapple and two tbsp Yeo Valley 0% plain yogurt
two or three more cups of decaff coffee with skimmed milk throughout the day

This is what I ate yesterday:
B: tea, porridge pot. coffee&milk
L: couscous, feta & Chickpea Salad,Yoghurt
D: steak pie, boiled potatoes & peas
S: Christmas cake & 3 tea. 2 Diet Coke. Diet lemonade. (Sore throat)
All portions were very small as trying to be good.

Yesterday I had:

B: porridge made with half water / half low fat milk with a sprinkle of brown sugar and 6 fresh raspberries, mug of coffee, tiny glass OJ

W: mug filter coffee with dash of milk

L: sandwich made with 2 slices of 5 grain bread, lean ham, 1 slice mature cheddar, sliced tomato and a smear (literally!) of reduced fat coleslaw; 1 satsuma; large glass of water

D: BBC Good Food 'Healthy Egg & Chips' with a tablespoon of baked beans; large glass of water; 1 triangle of a large toblerone

Am trying to lose weight....

Yesterday:

B: 2 dates and a couple of squares dark chocolate. Instant coffee with milk and sugar

L: duck leg glazed with honey, roasted cauliflower, and sauteed cabbage

S: Caffe latte and another date

D: 1.5 chicken thighs in a casserole with barley and casserole veg (swede, carrots, onions, leeks)
