Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

B: porridge with blueberries and almonds
L: salmon salad with roasted veg, dark chocolate for dessert
S: steak sandwiches, yoghurt and strawberries

To drink: one black coffee and water

No breakfast. Cup of black tea.

Belvita breakfast bar at 2pm. Black tea.

About to have kedgeree and a glass of white.

Breakfast, overnight oats, banana, coffee

Apple, peppermint tea

Lunch, huge plate of lentil ragu and pasta.

Dinner. Corn crackers with peanut butter, apple, quarter of a pomelo, cucumber, hummus, hard boiled egg. Water.

Cocoa.

Breakfast - I was in a hurry, but had a cuppa tea at work
Lunch - jacket potatoe with cheese and beans. Flapjack
Dinner - pita bread and hummus, and spreadable cheese on Nairn oat cakes. Yogurt.
Snack - apple

Picnic chocolate bar
Loads of tea

Breakfast - fruit slices
Lunch - 5x ryvita and marmite, packet of crisps, 2x apples and 1x banana
Tea - chilli con carne with rocket lettuce followed by an ice lolly

Breakfast - half a pitta with a poached egg and tiny bit of cheese.

Lunch - sardine and salad wholemeal wrap

Dinner - Chilli beef wholemeal wrap

Snacks - spoonful of Greek yoghurt, one weetabix, square of dark chocolate.

Drinks - Tea, coffee, fizzy water.

Extremely stressful day. Not using that as an excuse as I have no guilt but - I told parents I'm taking s job away from home, partly down to mams controlling and bullying nature. So I've been told I'm disowned, I owe her 2grajd for driving lessons, I'm stupid and a waste of space, I cause her MH issues, dad is moving out as they've argued and it's all my fault etc. Work friends have been great but what a day.

Granola and yogurt

Half tin of soup, slice of bread and butter

Burger and chips in spoons (left the bun, and most the chips)

Salted caramel dessert thing

Gin and tonic

Black coffee

Veggie bean chilli with rice from the canteen

Mint tea

Black coffee

Huel bar as a snack

Left over butternut squash risotto, with peas and sausages and a side salad. Slightly random but delicious and used up things that needed using up.

Water throughout the day.

2 slices of diet bread 30g or low fat cheese and salsa
2 egg omelette with 30g low fat cheese, salsa and jalapeños
Salmon fillet baked. With bare naked protein noodles and stir fry veg
2 coffees, 1 tea and half a freddo

About 800 odd cals. So another day on target. Feels good

Breakfast, an alarming volume of very strong but very milky coffee and some flu tablets

Lunch, three rashers of bacon on thick toast with loads of butter and brown sauce and more less tar like coffee.

Dinner, chicken korma (at the request of dc) with rice and naan bread.

A ferrero roche and more coffee.

I should probably drink less coffee and eat more fruit but fruit makes me more hungry, coffee less hungry so I'm not going to.

Lunch corned beef,mash with kale and spring onions.banana
Snack-2sesame bread stick dunked in cashew butter
Dinner mushroom and green bean risotto.side of roasted squash,sweet potatoes and sprouts
Snack 2slices marmite toast

madein so sorry about your awful awful day. Well done for eating anything !!
B poached egg on toast (recently developed aversion to the white though for some reason)
L peanut butter and gherkin sandwich and grapes
D Dahl and pitta and satsuma
Coffee x 2, water, beer.
Oh and crackers and cheese very late as still hungry !

I've just left work. So far today I've had:

Breakfast: black coffee (never have it anyway)
Lunch: nothing, missed it due to too many meetings

Now having a not-gin gin and diet tonic

Total calories: 3 (the not-gin gin)

Dinner according to DH is 'whatever isn't rotting in the fridge'

Yesterday: mackerel, sushi rice and hummus. One orange. And an almond milk smoothie for dinner. Was v busy at work and no time for anything else.

Dinner will be last nights leftover pizza from dominoes!
Also had a small bag of pretzels, animal cracker biscuits, some water and another tea somewhere inbetween
