Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

B-hot water and lemon
L-spinach,mushrooms,tomatoes,bacon and poached egg
S-big spoon of fat free Greek yogurt strawberries, blueberries and flaked almonds
D-chilli, rice and a wrap
A large caramel snack a jack

Breakfast was a latte and 2 satsumas.
Lunch half a crustless quiche.
Large slice of cake.
Dinner was Cottage pie with veg.
Had lots of water today and some tia Maria tonight

B: porridge with a spoon of: mixed seeds, protein powder and some frozen berries (made with coconut milk)

A load of coffees

L: m & s tomato, borlotti bean and kale soup (whole carton)

D: Linda Macartney pie, sweet potato mash, spinach, purple sprouting broccoli and peas

Yesterday:

B: shake made with almond milk, protein powder and berries

L: sourdough toast (2 small slices) with smashed avocado, mushrooms and really ripe tomatoes

D: homemade lentil dal, and Bombay sag aloo Gobi and brown rice

Too much white wine but had had none since New Year's Day

Breakfast: 12 red grapes and a cup of cold, weak black coffee (the latter was not deliberate...no time to make a fresh pot)
Midmorning snack: 6 red grapes
Late lunch: 3 slices of goats' cheese (1 cm. thick, 5cm. diameter each) with a tomato and a slice of avocado, half a pint of lager, and a black coffee
Dinner: half a salmon fillet, cooked in paper in the oven with a handful of fresh spinach and a handful of frozen chopped red pepper, plus steamed green beans
Other drinks: water

Tea and a shortbread biscuit
Lunch:
Rocket & Sriracha Quesadilla
Dinner:
Spiced Rice & Lentils with Lamb and a dollop of natural yoghurt

Small piece of extra mature cheddar and two oatcakes

Approximately 5 cups of tea
Water (some fizzy, some tap)
1 glass of wine with dinner

D: spaghetti Bolognese, homemade yoghurt with raspberries & honey

B:Greek yogurt with blueberries, walnuts and honey.
L: chicken and salad with bag of Aldi curried chickpeas
D: chicken, chorizo and roast veg wholewheat pasta.
Probably have a couple of left over Xmas chocs later.

Breakfast - Overnight oats (two bowls, it was delicious!) with chia seeds, sunflower seeds, grated apple, raisins, and goats milk kefir.

Coffee
Lunch - oat crackers, hummus, cucumber, orange, banana, and some more overnight oats! and a rooibos

Dinner - fishcakes with potato wedges, sweetcorn and salad. Orange.
Dairy free cocoa with molasses.

Breakfast: Boiled egg and toast, coffee and coconut ice
Lunch: leftover cold salmon and a small spoonful of coleslaw
Mid afternoon: glass of tawny port
Supper: prawn & chorizo pasta made by dd
Herbal teas and water

The coconut ice and port were really just tidying up after Christmas 😝

B- Porridge with milk
L- 2 medium (small!) shortcrust corned beef pasties, 2 Clementines, a banana, 2 finger KitKat. Chocolate biscuit.
D - 1 carrot with hummus, half a frozen pepperoni pizza, Clementine, 3 slices of dark chocolate orange, raspberry coconut chocolate bar. Handful of tiny black grapes.
About 7 cups of tea no sugar.
Still hungry, not overweight, probably worms.

Weight watchers lasagne ready meal

2 chocolate hobnob Tiffin things while waiting for lasagne to cook

Options mint hot chocolate

Weighed self on Saturday when working overtime, affording to the scales in ww tonight I've lost 1lb. Happy with that.

L- Sirlion steak, chips, onion rings and stilton sauce, glass of wine (my birthday)

T - packet of sea brooks crisps, and the rest of the wine from above...

Brekkie: 2 fresh dates. Approximately 30 g dark chocolate. Latte

Lunch: spicy salmon and avocado roll

Snack: cappuccino

Dinner: chicken stir-fry and glass noodles

Tea x 1 billion

Houmous and avocado on toast and a tiny green banana

Small portion of leek and prawn fried rice made by dh. Basically what him and the kids left

Yogurt with a few raisins

2 squares dark choc

1/3 of a minty aero following some tense negotiations with dh. The last crappy food in the house.

Came in around 1200 cals. I hate counting but I am hugely struggling to shift the stone I gained over the last year so need to :(

Pork roast for lunch with salad and mushroom soup
