Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

B: porridge made with low fat milk, sprinkle of brown sugar, fresh raspberries, tiny glass OJ, filter coffee with low fat milk

W: 1 small mug filter coffee with dash of milk

L: half a homemade roast chicken sandwich on 5 grain bread and half and M&S smoked ham with mustard mayo on brown bread; a satsuma; a small handful of chocolate rasins

D: caramelized onion and goats cheese omlette with salad (maybe a handful of sweet potato oven fries if we have them)

Lots of water to drink

Breakfast: smoked cheese slice, ham slice, blackberries, yoghurt, banana

Lunch: chicken and bacon pasta bake with some cucumber

Snack: 20g Rice Krispies, jelly beans.

Dinner: chicken and mushroom risotto with green beans on the side

Liquids: 1L water, 1 flat white, 1 caramel latte, 1 peppermint tea, 150ml OJ

Nothing and I won’t eat anything before tomorrow. I’m doing a proper fast day to try and get me back in the swing of 5:2 after he Christmas debauchery.

L. Roast Beef sandwich (leftover of yesterday’s lunch)
D. Will be curry chicken traybake with no carbs
Snacks: apple, satsuma, banana
Drinks. 1 cup of tea, 1 cup of coffee, 1 expresso. Several cups of water.

Fairly typical of my diet.

30g porridge & milk
Wrap with extra lean turkey and salad.
1 x pot low cal chocolate mousse.
A biscuit.
Going to have some steamed broccoli and a Linda Mc sausage now, yum!

Veg chilli & rice

Sparkling water, diet cola and coffee (no sugar) as my drinks

B: 1.5 boiled eggs (shared with DS!)
L: fresh chicken and vegetable soup
D: roasted butternut squash with whole grain pasta and feta cheese. Pear.
S: mince pie (last one in the house - thank goodness)

Had braces fitted on my teeth today. Great for the diet!

Home made prawn & pineapple curry & rice.

I'm hungry but totally overeaten over Xmas so I need to go hungry. Blush

Lunch: homemade tomato soup and crusty roll

Dinner: steak pie with peas, carrots & sweet corn

Snacks: chocolate (a dairy milk and a handful of quality streets)

Can of tuna with tablespoon lemon juice and two squirts mayonnaise.
Corgette, peppers, mushrooms, tomato and bacon stir fry.

It’s my first day back at work after Christmas. Thought I’d be hungry, but I’ve been too busy.

No breakfast (doing 16:8 fasting)
Lovely huge salad with heaps of good stuff
Hm pizza
A square of dark choc
Small bowl of yogurt with raisins
2 biscuits

Loads of tea and water. All non caffeinated

Not the best day cos of the pizza but it's the kids last day at home. Came in around 1600 cals all in all and lots of nutritious food so not the worst either.

Breakfast - houmous 5 water crackers and 3 pickles ( didn't fancy normal breakfast stuff so ate later and I'm loving pickles atm)

Lunch - left over chicken tagliatelle
Mini chocolate buttons ( really need to get rid of all the Xmas chocolate so bad when you wanna)

Dinner - h/m king prawn stir fry

Cauliflower cheese quiche
Parsnip, sweet potato and lentil soup - awesome it was too

Dinner is chilli.

Sainsbury's prawn mayo sandwich, Walkers salt & vinegar crisps. 1 mug coffee.

Just waiting to have home made bacon and lentil soup (smoked bacon, onion, garlic, courgette, carrots, tomatoes, brown lentils, stock, herbs) and some ciabatta.

Bran flakes with semi skimmed milk

Chicken, cheese, Guacamole and jalepeno panini in a soft play place (which was absolutely fucking amazing and will be going back soon for another one)

Steak, chips, corn on the cob and egg for my OHs birthday meal
Lots of beer currently being consumed too 😁

S- satsuma

L- leftover cooked chicken with a tilda snap pot of brown rice

S- melon chunks

D- oven baked chicken with garlic and mushrooms, roasted vegetables and carrot/swede mash

S- 2 crumpets with lemon curd
