Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

Then went out with DP....
4 double vodka and coke's
1 McDonald's Chicken Mayo

Breakfast was 2 slices of toast with marmite
Dinner was a huge salad with roast beef slices.

Also had a handful of Doritos and a mini roll.
Again (as always) lemon in hot water, iced water and a cold OJ to drink.

My food looks so boring compared to all these other menus.

Vast amounts of decaf tea all day.

Lunch: cheese and crackers.

Dinner: garlic bread. Quite a lot of it.

Snacks: some v nice chocolates Ds's mate's mum sent over with DS's mate.

...the shops may be full of porridge and yoghurt and good intentions but it hasn't quite reached me yet.

B- porridge made with skim milk and cinnamon (as always, but I enjoy it and it keeps me full!)

L- multi seed roll with philadelphia and marmite, few ready salted pringles

S- pink lady apple, aldi version of hippeas

D- grilled cajun chicken, baked sweet potato fries, salad

S- 2 cookies from the xmas stash

Yesterday-

B: Shreddies with milk & sliced banana
L: cheese & onion quiche, crisps, grapes
S: too much chocolate, yoghurt with honey
D: moussaka

Also drank tea and water throughout the day

Today-
B; toast with marmalade, tea
L: cheese & onion quiche, pancakes with lemon & sugar (DP had made them for breakfast for us all but craved toast this morning)
D: chicken pasta bake with garlic bread
S: too many chocolates again and will have more shortly
Drank tea and squash throughout the day

Quite a beige day but I'm pregnant so meh Grin

B - croissant, Nutella and raspberries. Coffee
L - tuna crunch sandwich with an oykos yogurt
D - mackerel pasta dish with asparagus

Snacks - cup of tea and a lebkuchen biscuit (still working out way through festive food!), more raspberries and a Cadbury fudge bar. Lots of water too.

Doing veganuary and loving all the variety and new recipes I have been trying!

B: avocado, cherry tomato and toasted pine nuts on toast. Almond milk coffee.
S: soy yoghurt and a couple of tbsp of muesli
L: Jackfruit shawarma wrap
S: beetroot dip and rice crackers
D: squash, lentil and mushroom risotto

Huge cooked breakfast with potatoes, Avocado, tofu scramble, black beans, peppers and onions, and tinned tomatoes. Cheese and crackers and lots of grapes. Creamy mash, pie, kale and peas and gravy. Only two small glasses of water and a glass of pineapple juice and a cup of coffee.

I’m trying to eat well...

Breakfast 3 small slices of granary bread, avocado, 2 small poached eggs, a few pomegranate arils
Lunch homemade soup: carrot, peppers, coriander, chicken 3 slices of a small loaf I baked
Dinner baby potatoes, tender stem broccoli, cod en papillote with lemon and tartare sauce ( more homemade bread Blush)

Really need to cut down on bread!

dinner will be grilled homemade burger - no bun, leafy salad and a few oven baked sweet potato chips.
