Chesneyhawkes1 · 06/01/2019 18:48

I've stuffed my face since I got married at the end of November. So since the reception is next month (we went away to get married) and I have to fit into my dress again I'm back to being good so:-

Breakfast - 2 x coffees. Never eat breakfast anyway.

Lunch - 2 small slices sourdough bread with 2 slices of ham

Dinner - roast chicken with vegetables.

Also shed loads of water.

Normally I wouldn't have bread as cut down on carbs but it's left over. Tomorrow lunch will be scrambled egg

HalfBloodPrincess · 06/01/2019 18:48

@AriadnePersephoneCloud use apple slices instead of a spoon and you can at least trick yourself into thinking it’s healthy! (That was my breakfast today 🤪)

Makegoodchoices · 06/01/2019 18:54

Breakfast - two quiche cups (egg, cheese, ham, tomato, mushroom mixed and baked in cupcake cases)
Lunch - half a chicken salad sandwich
Dinner - Cream of chicken soup

Definitely not enough I’m really hungry now!

YesitsJacqueline · 06/01/2019 18:55

I've lost my appetite I think due to a flare up of endometriosis so today:
Breakfast- an apple
Lunch - prawn sandwich
Dinner- pasta and meatballs
Snacks- none
Drinks coffee/ tea/ orange squash .
That's better than the last couple of days where I've barely had one meal. Might do me some good though after the over indulgence at xmas!

MeganChips · 06/01/2019 18:55

Brunch: 2.5 bacon medallions, poached egg, mushrooms, asparagus and grilled tomato.
