Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

A mug of tea.

A posh sausage roll from a food market, half a tub of M&S super nutty wholefood salad, half a tub of M&S Mexican rice salad with avocado.

A coffee. A date.

Home made roasted veg (red pepper, courgette, garlic, red onion and cherry tomatoes cooked in olive oil) a roast chicken thigh, cous cous, green salad and dressing. 2 glasses of Orvieto.

Baked baguette with butter and apricot jam (lots!)
Half a slice of cheese on toast with chutney
An unknown number of shortbread biscuits
Prawn bhuna and pilau rice
Cottage pie and beans
Pate on whole meal toast
Lots of coffee and gin.

All in all quite a successful day!

Today's been good. Am doing weight watchers but trying not to get too hung up on points as before. Using it to ear sensible portion sizes and choose healthier options, but not cutting anything out completely

2 small slices toast with low fat spread . Was meant to be granola and yogurt but overslept so was a case of grab and go.

A banana at 10.30

Tin of weight watchers chicken soup, slice of bread. Bag of French fries (salt and vinegar flavour).

Afternoon snacks were a pot of grapes and 4 chocolate buttons

Chicken stir fry with noodles

1tbsp breyers low sugar ice cream. Trying the new chocolate orange one - is lovely

More sweet stuff there than usual but it is a Saturday 😀 fancied a bit of indulgence

Snack: easy peeler

Lunch: sardines on toast with red pepper hummus

Snack: cashew nuts

Dinner: Thai sweet potato curry with rice

Snack: dark chocolate!

Hummus and quorn ham sandwich for breakfast with two cups of coffee. For lunch I went to yo sushi and had miso soup x2, shitake ramen (which was disappointing) spicy cauliflower and edamame beans. 4 Christmas chocs when I got home. No dinner due to looking after the baby and being very tired 😴

Such huge varieties in the amount people on this thread eat!

B: two poached eggs, a mashed avocado, some crumbled feta and chilli flakes

L: half a poached salmon steak with ceaser salad

D: grilled steak strips with grilled slices of peppers and onions seasoned with paprika, cumin and coriander eaten with half a jar of jalapeño peppers as I’m currently obsessed.

No snacks. A cup of coffee, six glasses of water and two peppermint teas.

True namedrama but then the amount eat varies day to day!

Today I had:

Two potato waffles for breakfast
Egg sandwich for lunch
Char sui pork noodles for dinner

Today:
B- 2 whole meal toast + jam
L- hm black bean soup + quorn sausage roll
D- salmon fillet with honey, soy sauce and chilli, brown rice, broccoli and some lentils in tomato.
S- 2 crackers with cheese
Drinks: 4 coffee, 2 tea, 1 non alc beer, water

I am on a diet. Normally I can eat double this in snacks. Which is why I need the diet.

Berocca

Two small cheese and coleslaw rolls, glass of water

A small pizza base with my own toppings with salad and pickles. Full sugar coke (about a pint)

Hot chocolate and two strips of tiffin dairy milk

Breakfast was 2 scrambled eggs on one piece of toast.

Lunch was ham and pickle sandwich and 2 gherkins.

Dinner was huge jacket potato with smoked cheese and coleslaw.

No snacks.

Few glasses of fresh orange with diet lemonade and 2 decaf coffees.

Dinner: Asian salad with broccoli/peas/cashews / grapes

Two black coffees, one tea and not enough h20! Following a meal plan (Amelia Freer), as have been overindulging for far too long!

I'm recovering from a migraine that had me puking then asleep for almost 20 hours yesterday. So I've not been up to eating much today as my stomach still felt wobbly.

2x slices of granary toast & butter
Bowl of tomato soup (had a craving, figured I must need it)
Small bowl of basil and ricotta ravioli and a slice of cheesy garlic bread
Snacks: a banana, a tangerine I immediately regretted as it was too acidy.

Hoping I wake up fully recovered and ravenous tomorrow!

6 fish goujons with 2 med. Potatoes worth ofchips

Half a portion of fries

200g turkish delight

2 tortillas, 2tbsp apple sauce + pulled pork

So far:

Bowl of Greek yogurt, granola and honey. 2 cups of tea. Water.

Lunch will prob be scrambled or poached eggs on toast.

Dinner we are having veggie toad in the hole, brocolli, cauliflower and gravy.

This morning was a bowl of porridge with berries two coffees.

Lunch will be leftover gammon in a salad with boiled egg

Dinner is homemade chicken kebab in a pitta with salad

I read a lot of negativity about slimming world last night it was a bit of a lightbulb moment so I’ve got rid this morning

Ok so I haven’t eaten yet but my ( hopeful) plan is:

B: porridge with vanilla cinnamon almonds and berries
L: homemade pizza
D: spicy beef casserole w French baguette
S: loads of tea and there are crisps in the press so il pick at those I’m sure..might make homemade jam tonight

1 Weetabix with some branflakes & skimmed milk
2 Kingsmill white bread thins with Boursin, Walkers cheese & onion crisps, lemon yoghurt
Tonight I'll have an M&S veggie cottage pie, cauliflower, carrots & brocolli and a lemon mousse
Loads of tea with skimmed milk

So far poached egg with tomatoes and mushrooms on toast, copious amounts of herbal tea and a handful of grapes.

Tea (yes, I'm oop north!) is salmon, cauliflower cheese, peas and potatoes.

I'm on a mission to lose a stone, so far I've lost 4lbs in my first week. Just deciding what healthy snack to have as I'm hungry, not sure this thread has helped my hunger!

On a diet but having a bit of a cheat day today.

Breakfast: Brioche with fresh berries and natural yoghurt (amaxzingly under 300 cals), Coffee

Lunch: Ryvita with fat reduced pate, gherkins, carrot sticks and lettuce
a packet of seaweed thins, an apple, water

Snack: 30g dark chocolate with berries, cup of tea

Having sweet n sour chicken for tea. As long as it stays under 1800 cals over all I can't gain weight. And we did go for a hilly walk at lunchtime.
