Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

B: Cup of tea
Half a large avocado on toast
Cup of coffee

L: Quarter of a watermelon
Punnet of raspberries
a nectarine

In the arvo, two very tonic-y G&Ts with visitors.

D: Poke and Japanese cabbage salad. Poke was a bit crap. Cabbage salad very good.

I made oopsie rolls for the first time today. Jesus. Waste of good eggs.

Using up lots of fruit (stone fruit season) and veg rather than a massive health commitment.

I've been feeling really poorly the past few days (bastard cold virus again..)

Yesterday I had:

  • Some cheesy Doritos
  • Chicken Breast sandwich
And loads of lemon in hot water + iced water throughout the day.

No idea what I'm having today; need to get my backside in gear and do a food shop.

Breakfast - just tea (had to run out on a semi emergency so skipped breakfast)
Lunch - tomato soup and bread
Dinner - meatballs and pasta, maybe rice. I haven’t decided yet.

Breakfast: home made porridge (no sugar) with frozen black cherries, coffee
Lunch: two eggs scrambed on seedy bread, an apple
Dinner will be spiced roast cauliflower with chickpeas and kale and other veg. DH cooking because both DC (teens) are out at parties tonight so we can eat grown up food.

8am - water then a cup of tea.
10am - 60g of sourdough toast, 4 bacon medallions and mushrooms. Cup of tea
12.30pm - Skinny flat white
1.30pm - chicken and rice soup
3.30pm - tea and a hotel chocolate portly penguin 🐧

B - Mango fingers (from Sainsbury's, really juicy)

L - The same chicken salad seeded pitta I've had for three days running

D - Cooking a quarterpounder burger with veg, no bun. Then I'll finish the last couple of Lindt choc tree decorations.

B - croissant and Nutella. Coffee.
L - really thin pizza with bacon and brisket on and a side salad at the pub plus Pepsi max
D - cooking prawn rose spaghetti (Jamie recipe)

Other - random slice of cheese, glass of red and probably a gin later.

B:sourdough toast and a very small bowl of granola.
L: chicken broth, 2ricecakes with a bit of mayo and sliced chicken.
D: spicy beef thing I make with peppers, courgettes, with some brown rice.
Snacks: banana, half a nature valley bar, v small sourdough toast.
Drinks: 4/5 teas, water, herbal teas.

L- chicken & coleslaw roll. Banana

D- is going to be chicken & veg enchiladas with spinach and rocket on the side

No snacks 😇

Breakfast overnight oats with fruit
Lunch. Greggs belgium bun
Dinner. KFC 2 piece meal
6 cups of coffee, so far.
I'm not always that bad, but we have been out for the day.

Hot chocolate
Homemade gluten free pizza (we've finally found an amazing recipe after many duff ones!) with pineapple, rocket, mushrooms etc. Orange.

Skinny cappuccino
Egg white omelette with spinach and a small slice of feta

Lunch
Piece of roasted chicken

Dinner
Roasted smoked salmon filet, roasted tomatoes, spinach wilted in balsamic vinegar and a bunch of asparagus.
Mango, melon and blueberries with a spoon of Greek yoghurt.

2 lts of water.

Today (weight watchers)

Breakfast: 400 Ml engergise smoothie

Lunch: stir fried chicken breast and homemade ratatouille followed by a protein bar.

Dinner: chicken sausages, Yorkshire puddings, broccoli, carrots and gravy.

Snacks have been a protein bar (don’t usually buy but were on offer at the petrol station!) an apple, a small latte made with skimmed milk and a bakewell slice which was a waste of points! Nice though. Lots of water and some Diet Coke.

B- porridge made with skimmed milk and cinnamon (50g oats)

L- multi seed roll with chicken breast chunks and lettuce

S- aldi pea snacks, lemon drizzle nakd bar

D- grilled 1/4 pounder, wholemeal roll, big salad, left over christmas cheese melted on burger to counteract any health benefits of the above

S- probably 2 crumpets with butter and marmite

Today has been;

No breakfast
A grilled chicken breast for lunch
Vegetable soup and 2 slices of bread for dinner.

One glass of OJ, lots of iced water and 2 cups of hot water & lemon.
I feel like shit with this cold; honestly it's awful. Miss having an appetite!

I've lost half a stone I couldn't afford to lose either (back down to 6 and a half stone now) - must try harder.
