I agree that it's amazing people can get by on the amounts listed out here.

Personally, I have to eat very frequently or I feel extremely unwell. I actually had a scary episode recently when I ate almost nothing because I was staying at the home of someone who basically never ate. (I felt a bit weird eating alone). The result was that after eating a very, very light breakfast and lunch I had strange visual disturbances and was convinced I was having a stroke or something. Turned out to be mere hunger, as a big meal sorted me out.

Breakfast - porridge made with full fat milk and coconut sugar, 2 cups of filter coffee, a green juice

Snack - blueberries shared with my toddler, slice of home made banana bread, and a cup of tea.

Lunch - bagel thin with ham, jarlsberg cheese and egg, and a cox apple.

I'll probably have a couple of ginger & oat biscuits in the afternoon, and for dinner we're having salmon with green veg and gnocchi with pesto. Then I'll likely have some Greek yoghurt and a cup of tea before bed.
