Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

I had a coffee

Biscuits

Then a doughnut in the car park at supermarket

Small box of fake sushi 3 salmon and 2 prawn

Wedges covered in sausage meat and cheese some of

Packet of passion fruit already taken out of skin

Cherries
Grapes
Blueberries

Some salt and vinegar chip sticks

Baked hake mash and fine beans

I'm now considering what else to eat
I'm unusually extra hungry today and pregnant but not blaming the hunger on pregnancy x

Oh my god, I've been awful today, I must be due on

B - a croissant, warm with some cheese inside (I so meant to have museli too!)

L - a chicken sandwich with yesterdays left over roast chicken and mayonaise and a bowl of last nights green salad

D - haven't had dinner yet but it will be salmon with lentils, broccoli and asparagus and a lemon sauce

Now for the snacks! Oh for shame ....
A bowl of left over sweetcorn and peas from kids tea smothered in salad cream
a very wafer thin biscuit
a handful of tortillas with sourcream dip
A couple of handfuls of dry roasted peanuts
a coconut yoghurt

2020 is my year for sure!

Not a great food day for me either:

B - none
L - scrambled eggs with ham on 2 slices of w/meal toast. Some rice cakes and humous. A few cherry tomatoes.
D - will be baked trout fillet with salad and quinoa

BUT..also eaten in-between the above:

Half a large bag of salt and vinegar Kettle Chips
5 x chocolates from a Milk Tray box

I'm usually pretty healthy food wise but there is so much Xmas junk food left that I am really struggling to stay away from the fridge.

My thinking on the kettle chips was to just get them eaten and then they are gone!

Breakfast - 2 slices wholemeal toast with dairy free spread and a bit of rhubarb and ginger jam. Cup of coffee, orange juice.

Lunch - homemade blackbean and kidney bean chilli (leftovers!) with brown rice, avocado and a few nachos and salsa.

Snack - dairy free chocolate (currently dairy free for CMPA baby).

Dinner will be lentil bolognese, followed by a coconut collaborative chocolate pot.

I'm not veggie, but I don't eat meat every day.

B: Muesli w milk, 1 slice granary toast w marmite

L: vegetable katsu curry and rice

D: boiled egg on buttered toast

Snacks: dark chocolate, slice of Christmas cake, 4 cups of tea with milk, probably a handful of crisps later.

I really need to get back into the habit of eating fruit and veg!

Half a coffee (felt sick so didn't finish the other half)
A handfull of crisps from a big bag leftover from Christmas (freshly opened)
Two thorntons chocolates.
A can of Pepsi Max.
Some toast with peanut butter later and a hot cup of tea (when DS has gone to bed

I've been surviving on party food to get rid of it Blush and DS (19m) has been having the quality food I have left in the fridge and freezer (as I broke up with DH on Christmas Day night - i'm too skint to do a proper shop for the next week until my child benefit comes in 🙈)

B- diced apple, prunes and raisins with unsweetened soy yoghurt.

L- 1 1/2 jacket potatoes with dairy-free green pesto

D- lentil bolognaise

Snacks- cold pressed raspberry bar and a banana.

4 litres of water.

B - banana, yogurt, 2 small oranges, and some soft cheese and crackers, cup of tea.

L- packet of S&V crisps, was supposed to be chicken cesar salad with coleslaw - but that didn't happen due to over ran meetings.

T - will be chicken of some description, when my dh and sons come home from football training after 8pm

B - 2 bits of toast with marmite
L - ham cucumber and very very light mayo, light yoghurt, light crisps, grapes
D - beef stroganoff with spaghetti pasta

Snacks - a wispa (i was doing so well at lunch too Sad)

Will prob eat something else later too Blush

Drinks 2 x tea 2 x coffee an OJ and some water.

B: two pieces of toast with marmalade on one and chocolate spread on the other
S: nuts and a four pieces of dark chocolate
L: Microwave lasagne and a massive piece of millionaire's shortbread from the local cafe
D: tortellini with sauce and spinach, smoked salmon on buttered oatcakes, big piece of panettone

My diet is awful at the moment. Not enough vegetables and fruit, too many carbs. I'm pregnant, working, and toddler parenting right now and convenience is king though I do need to sort it out!

B: homemade blueberry smoothie with blueberries, freshly squeezed orange juice, live yoghurt. Cup of Earl Grey in bed. (late start at work).

L: out to lunch for colleague's bday. Two large glasses of Barbera, spaghetti and meatballs.

S: homemade onion soup (last of it, thank fuck. So bored of it now), toast and cheese, plus Wotsits and cashews. And a gin and tonic.

I’ve been bread / choc crazy today.

B: poached eggs on toast
L: M&S prawn & mayo sandwich + cheesy puffs
D: 2 sausages and 2 slices of cheese on toast.

Inbetween I’ve had a Twix, a couple —several—of quality street chocs and half a bag of steamed veg (from DS’ dinner).

S- watermelon

L- chicken noodle soup and whole meal toast x 1 slice

S- more watermelon, pack of hippeas from a multipack

D- beef casserole, jacket potato, mixed veg

S- will be 2 crumpets with marmite

Dinner - mixed bean chilli with kale low fat cheese and sour cream
Snack - 3 corn cakes and cucumber

3 large black coffees
Plenty of water
Fruit tea

I've had three cups of coffee with coffee mate, no sugar

Breakfast: A low carb protein shake with fresh berries blended into it.

Lunch: A small handful of salted nuts and a small lump of cheddar.

Dinner: Four sausages. That was it. Confused

That's me done for the day.

I should probably drink some water. Blush
