The house has erupted into chaos this morning, with lots of (lighthearted) insults at each other about who is right in the correct way to serve chocolate spread on toast.
Two main opinions:
-
chocolate spread spread thickly straight onto hot toast
-
hot toast is buttered and then the chocolate spread is spread over the butter
Arguments for and against include extra meltyness with butter, extra meltyness without butter, thicker spread without butter, chocolate doesn't spread on butter and cross contamination risk between butter and chocolate (only if you're stupid enough to use the same knife)
So it's agreed that MN has the ruling vote to end the war which has now raged for a few hours. Who is right?
