To think you dont need the matching knickers to every new bra you buy

I was having this chat with DH this evening as I am about to do a big bra shop (quantity and size now it would seem - boom boom) before rtw after a year ebf.

Spending a very very minimum of £20 per bra (looking at M&S) I dont feel I need to spend half that again on one pair of pants just because they match....DH thought you do clearly its been a long time since we had pre pj sex

Are you enjoying new collection @ohtheholidays ? My stuff very vanilla. All white basically and plain styles. Feel very uneasy wearing the sexy stuff as not that confident with sex etc

I don;t buy wired bras and the non wired ones don't seem to often come with matching pants, I change my underpants twice a day too and my bra only once so seems a pointless exercise!

I just buy the plain Bras so I can get a cheap multipack of Knickers to Match 

Definitely matching! Every bra has 2 matching pairs of pants! Sad or what?? But it makes me feel good to know they match!!
Since getting older I now ' invest' in good underwear as I find it makes a difference

I am guilty of non matching pants. I wear pretty bras and non matching Bridget Jones big pants.
I am old enough to know that comfort comes before brazilian/french knickers that slide up my bumhole. I am hardly skinny malinky.
I mean who cares?

PS.once a man complained my pants didn't match my bra and I said 'well I wasn't expecting to take them off.'
He had a weasel on his pants. Just about summed up his sexual technique ( ie. none)

I can't remember ever wearing matching sets! I just wear comfy knickers and a well made bra. Why would he care?

I like a matching pair for mincing around the bedroom in shortly before they come off but otherwise I wouldn't bother. My socks rarely match and I gave my next door neighbour the vapours because I don't use matching coloured pegs on the washing line! SOme people take matchy matchy v seriously.

I buy plain cotton knickers and don’t really care.

At the risk of being shouted down, 90% of the time my bra and pants match.

When they don't is when I have black trousers and a white top, then they are from the identical sets that I have bought in different colours.

Yes and I really like it when the matching pants come in two types.

I have maybe owned 2 matching sets in 50 odd years. Both times the knickers were uncomfortable and itchy and they were a fairly good make.

Now I own 2 white bras, a beige bra and a black bra. I own around 12 pairs of knickers about 8 black and 4 white.

I have a friend who is always saying she has no money. She will only buy her bras in M&S and spends around £27 on each one which I think is a ridiculous price. She then has to buy matching knickers, again, at a ridiculous price.

She counted them up the over day and has over 20 bras and knicker sets, none older than 3 years! Yet she is supposedly hard up
