She’s smashed their iPads? Poor darlings won’t have anything to do in cattle class now....

Maybe she’ll give them crafting stuff to keep them busy....

Your suggestions please (and yes, light-hearted before I get politely slammed for suggesting iPads are necessary entertainment for children on planes —they are— )

Weave daisy chains & work in a soup kitchen?

MissSusanSays · 10/09/2018 19:38

Read a book. Or draw, or talk to each other or any one of the hundreds of things kids did before iPads.

RomyAndJulio · 10/09/2018 19:38

Sorry, I didn’t find any of it in the least bit funny.

Some of us are actually trying not to waste things and trash the planet, others (Kirstie) apparently couldn’t give a shit.

DarthLipgloss · 10/09/2018 19:39

Embroider shirts for the poor.

SaucyJack · 10/09/2018 19:41

Horrible. Revolting woman.

Just put them in a cupboard for a fortnight like decent parents. Or give them away if you really don’t want it.

Just because she’s posh it doesn’t make it any less abusive to smash things up.

Sugarformyhoney · 10/09/2018 19:42

She’s s prize tit. Can’t stand her

Elementally · 10/09/2018 19:43

She's probably going to upcycle them into a table lamp so it's ok.

ShalomJackie · 10/09/2018 19:43

Now they will know that rules are rules though!

Bunnyfuller · 10/09/2018 19:44

I’m not sure we all got the ‘lighthearted’ memo....

Is putting kids in cupboards a thing now?

QuirkyKate · 10/09/2018 19:48

I think they’ll be going around breaking other people’s property because he has told them it’s ok to do that Wink

EwItsAHooman · 10/09/2018 19:49

If it's good enough for Harry Potter...

YouTheCat · 10/09/2018 19:51

Lakie, I prefer under the stairs. It has a more 'Harry Potter' feel to it. Grin

LittleLionMansMummy · 10/09/2018 19:51

What do you mean now? It's been a thing ever since Gordon Brittas's wife shoved her baby in a draw at work. What else is a ft working mum to do?

SneakyGremlins · 10/09/2018 19:52

I'm confused Confused

iamnotanumber10 · 10/09/2018 19:53

Send them off to an estate for the day to learn about poor people so Tarquin and Farquin or whatever the hell theyre called can be more appreciative?? Can’t stand the woman. I can think of numerous useful ways she could have got rid of their iPads. Must be nice to have the kind of money that means you can smash expensive devices to teach a ‘lesson’. Still,
Not sure what to expect from a woman who things we’re disgusting for having a washing machine in our kitchen... darling, why don’t they keep them in their utility rooms or laundry rooms, easier for the house keeper that way too....

Theweasleytwins · 10/09/2018 19:54

Aparently she is a bit of a fraud🤔

She also irritates me

Bunnyfuller · 10/09/2018 19:55

I keep trying on eBay. Advertise them as a pair of shoes and suchlike. The postage cost always buggers it up. One day I will succeed and then change my identity and move to Brazil. So eBay police can’t get me. Bugger your returns policy and ‘not as item was described’ foolishness.

Tbh it just screams that she has no concept of money. Drag them to a charity shop and hand them over for someone else to buy

keyboardkate · 10/09/2018 19:55

She could have donated the tablets to a worthy cause. But there is no publicity in that.

Anyway I don't care about all these so called Slebs. Away with you all!

Ngaio2 · 10/09/2018 19:57

How wasteful — could she not have given the iPads away to a family that can’t afford them?
I presume she’ll buy them new ones once she thinks the kids will observe the rules.
But hey ho she needs only to empty her recycling rubbish box into a spare Harrods bag , throw in a bottle of glue and some cello tape and she’s got a craft box to keep them amused on the plane. Goodness knows what customs will make of the stuff, though, plus kids will need to use their teeth because they can’t have scissors or craft knives.
When they arrive at their destination kids can set up a stall to sell their stuff for holiday spending money

HateIsNotGood · 10/09/2018 19:59

Read a Book - ds has been 'connected' to electricity for years - but even he recognized that this can not be at all times with 2-3hrs before the battery dies.

Holidays and the travel it entails is what got him reading, and for enjoyment.

Don't be so mean to Kirsty, I've yet to meet the perfect person, although there appears to be loads on ye olde tintyternet.

QOD · 10/09/2018 20:00

What?
Bumptious twat she comes across as anyways

Gemini69 · 10/09/2018 20:03

I like Kirsty.. she makes Christmas special Grin

Bunnyfuller · 10/09/2018 20:04

She makes me feel like a lazy twat with her Christmas crafty fuckery. Briefly. Then I remember I live in the real world. I actually hope the Daily Monkey goes with this one. Or she’s on here.

Dear Kirsty,

Can you let me have the next bit of kids’ tat you plan to trash, before you trash it. Also, do you have some spare money. Also, have you shagged Phil, just once, too many organic yak crafted mulled wines and all that 😉😉😉
