Which cheeses are cool at the moment?

Cool probably doesn't mean cool anymore, god I feel old

At a weekend away with some of my most hipster (but in a good nearly-40 way, not a twatty 23yr old way) friends and three of them independently said their favourite current cheese is Comte. This can't be coincidence, is comte having a moment? Which other cheeses are cool?

My personal favourite is castello blue. I have no idea how hipster this is or not but I think it is on a par with blue nun

Goats’ cheese is too goaty for me

I think I must be really weird as that's why I like it ... even better with a glass of mellow red which really brings out the flavour

Best cheese ever = brebiou.
Finding it is a pain though, if anyone wants to help!

I mean almost all cheese is lovely but I'm not sure I've ever heard of cheese being described as cool

Brillat Savarin is available from ocado - frankly I have to physically restrain myself for adding it to every ocado shop. It's so delicious
