How talk are you and what do it weigh?

Trying to work out my target weight.

I know the range according to BMI but I'm too fat to visualise what say 9 stone looks like.

I'm a size 20, I was happiest in myself as a size 14 but never weighed myself back then.

I'm 5 ft 4.5 so trying to guesstimate what weight I'd be as a comfortable 14

I'm quite a bit taller than you at at 5'7.5"

A size 14 usually means I'm somewhere between 11 to 11 1/2 stone

I'm a 12-14 (mainly tops in 14, bottoms in 12), I'm 5'4" and weigh 11 stones.
I actually used to be a size 20 myself, I've lost nearly 4 stones since then. I do a lot of exercise though so I have good muscle tone .

I'm 5'6.5" and I weigh around 11 stone. Am a size 12-14 but edging closer to being a 14. I don't really know what shape I am!

Im coming in heavier at 11 stone 10 but I am 5' 11

I'm 5'4" and a 14 bottom and 12-14 top. Currently 11st 10lbs. Generally between 11st and 12st I wear a 14.

However, I am toning up and losing inches not weight. My weight has stayed more or less the same but my clothes are a bit roomier.

I am 5.6 and weigh almost 11 stones. I do find that 14s are sometimes too big on my shoulders/neckline as I'm pear shaped and that's where my lard is. I look much slimmer at a size 12 and some people are surprised at what I weigh as I have slim legs and arms/neckline.

5'8 and 14st 6lbs. I weigh too much and do need to lose weight. Not sure how I'm still a 14.

5ft8 and currently 13s6. 14 is a bit tight.

I'm 5'7 and 12 stone and fit a 14 on top and a 12 on the bottom - my boobs are 34H though 🙈🙈

I’m the same height as you. At 10 stone I am a size 10/12. Size 14 is around 11.5/12 stone for me

I'm 5ft and about 12 stone, quite small framed (shoulders etc) and a comfortable 14. I'm usually a 16 when I start getting above 12 stone and a 12 when I'm around 11 stone.

I find the BMI indicators don't take into account my larger than average bust size plus my thighs have always been athletic looking. If I were the weight they recommended for me I would have to survive on just lettuce!

I agree with the comment about bust size.

An awful lot of this depends on how loose fitting you want your clothes. I could wear a 12 but I don't want to show every contour of my body or to feel squashed. In Fatface I wear a 10! Most of my clothes are 12 - 14, jeans always 14. Put on a bit of weight after having lost quite a lot (grrr) so mainly 14 at the mo.

I am an hourglass 38 - 30 - 39 , weigh 10st 4 on a good day and am aimign to get back to 10 st 2 . I am 5 ft 3. I was more standard size 12 when my weight dipped below 10 stone.

I am 170cm and 83kg (ten kg to go) which works out to be 5'7 and 13 stone. I do wear an F cup bra though.
