How talk are you and what do it weigh?

Trying to work out my target weight.

I know the range according to BMI but I'm too fat to visualise what say 9 stone looks like.

I'm a size 20, I was happiest in myself as a size 14 but never weighed myself back then.

I'm 5 ft 4.5 so trying to guesstimate what weight I'd be as a comfortable 14

I'm 5'6" and weigh 11st 11lb. My 14 jeans are getting a bit snug, but still fit. When I was a stone lighter, I was almost a 12. I'm planning on starting the 5:2 again next week (lost 3.5st on it before).

question with no answer. just bought two tops online. 14 fits, 16 is too small.

labels in female clothes are random and should.be ignored.

I vary in 14-16 depending on shop.

I am 5ft 8 and 11st 9lb, I'm currently cutting calories to get to 11st.

I’m 5’4, perfect hourglass and once I’m 11 stone I’m pushing into a 14. I’m reasonably dense though.

I'm 5ft 5.5 and a size 14 at 11 stone 2.

I've always found I have to be lighter than others to be the same size, annoyingly!

I generally equate one stone to one dress size as when I was 9 stone 2 I was a size 10 and so on. Very much a pear shape, with a bit of a belly thanks to baby :)

this thread is fascinating! I'm 12 stone, 5 ft 4 and wear size 14. It just shows that the number in the clothes means very little.

I'm 5ft 7ins weigh 10st 2lb and wear a size 12

We’re weight and height twins!

I’m 4ft 11 and when I weighed 9st 12lb I was a size 14.

I'm 5 foot 6.5 inches. I weigh 11 stone 4lbs and am a size 14.

I'm 5'3 and before I got pregnant was 11st 2 and a 12/14 depending on shop and style. At my heaviest I was 13st and a size 16. When I was about 16/17, at my slimmest, I was a size 10 and I think about 10st... And at the time thought I was really fat

I am big boned, broad shouldered and have massive but muscular thighs. Officially my body shape is 'banana' as my hip/bust vs waist isn't a big enough difference to be considered hourglass, but I do have a waist lol.

Currently 7 months pregnant so body shape now officially beach ball

I am 5ft nothing, weigh 8 stone 13 lb and can't get into anything less than a 14.

I am a comfortable size 14 I weigh 11 st and I am 5’2

12 stone 10, 14 in some shops, 16 in others, 5 ft 7. My feel happiest weight is 11 stone. But I find it impossible to maintain.

I'm 6ft1 and .... 15 stone 5 . Size 14 most of the time, occasionally a 12 or 16.

5'2 and weigh about 10 and a half stone. Size 14 most of the time, with occasional lucky size 12s in tops and unlucky 16s in bottoms

I’m a size 14 in most clothes as don’t fit into the average cut of women’s clothes. 5ft 9in, 10-ish stone, apple belly, long legs and broad shoulders. Amazonian. So hard to find jeans that actually fit. Prob should try blokes.

I'm 5.8 and about 13 stone @ size 14. I am heavier than I look but quite muscular and strong. most people my height and measurements are around a stone less than me.
