Just that really.... inspired by the recent sticker campaign.... "Women can't have penises" and "Some women have penises"....

Simple question - simple answer.

Me - Yes, I believe women can't have penises.

You need to stop judging people based purely on what's in their knickers.

I don't judge people by what's in their knickers, what emotive bullshit.

I categorise them into make or female.

It's important to my safety to do this, because some men (too many) are a threat to women and it's usually not possible to tell by looking at them.

If you want it to not be important to women whether a stranger is male or female, kindly tell all the predatory men to STOP RAPING WOMEN and the creeps to stop perving on us.

When that happens, then we'll stop worrying about categorising people based on what's in their pants.

Until then, we'll be mindful about our previous experiences with creeps and (sadly, too many of us) with abusers and rapists. And of the evidence that says 1 in 5 women has been sexually assaulted since she was 16.

And we'll ignore people like you who are trying to make us ignore our own boundaries and the instincts and knowledge that keeps us safe.

In what way are they women? I assume they are more sensitive and caring than what is expected of them. They make decisions based on emotion instead of reason. They know in their own head that they're women, that's all that matters.

Well Amy I have never seen a woman with a penis, only a Transwoman, who is a biological Male. women who are biologically Female are not born with penis, unless they develop them in puberty. It reminds me a little of a site linked in here recently, although I can’t remember what it was off hand. It might have had something to do with Pride. It commented that GC feminists were trying to portray TRAs as abusive which was clearly ‘absurd’. Then went on to advise people to avoid actions like throwing bottles at GC feminists. So perhaps not that ‘absurd’ then.

I think the question doesn’t address the key points in the tra movement. It just looks goady I’m afraid.
If someone wants to be called a woman - fine, but that’s not what this is about it’s about

1. how sexist the tra movement is; absolutely all of the progression and requested progression has been to solely benefit Male trans m2f. Female trans (f2m) haven’t seen any progression (side note: in swimming pools they’re still asked to cover up their chest, yet m2fs enjoy the privilege of all authorities bowing down to their ‘lady penis’ ideology)
2. sex segregation not gender segregation- why should a social construct dictate segregation for safety purposes as opposed to physical differences?
3. the privilege Male m2f women have simply because they’re Male - no period poverty, no societal sexual oppression, no having 30% less muscle mass, no being generalised and negatively stereotyped in professional areas etc.

Compassion?? For whom? Oh, yes, I forgot only men who feel like a woman deserve compassion.

I'm sick of feminist discourse being hijacked by this shit. The issues of trans women are totally separate to that of the issues of natal women. Penis owners have no right to drive feminism.

The problem is that probably less than 18% of transwomen believe this stuff too. The other 82% are probably saying “Of course it’s not fair if people who have trained as men and have male bodies compete in women’s sport. Of course women don’t want to shower with male bodied people they don’t know. It’s just obvious!”

It's strange that if most of the public agree with Amy and IrishDad why were the men at the Hampstead Heath Pond so affronted and enraged at the thought of women being in their changing rooms and pond they called the Police. The most telling comment being that the men, under no circumstances, wanted to change alongside women - they wanted their privacy, dignity and comfort preserved free from those who are not biologically the same as them. My partner is a transman who keeps his (silicone) dicks in the dresser drawer. He doesn't have a penis. Only men have penises. Women can't have penises.
