I ghost write erotica. Ladycock, girlidick etc are common requests. Worryingly, a common trope of this genre is 'tricking' unwitting men and women into interacting with ladydicks. No-one has ever asked me to write erotica about transmen.

What baffles me about the medical profession is why this is allowed? I have deep sympathy for the handful of people suffering genuine gender dysphoria but I don't understand why medical transitioning is seen as the cure above therapy. The dysphoric man who genuinely believed his leg was not his and he should have been born with only one leg wasn't allowed to chop his leg off. People with dysphoria around their image aren't given cosmetic surgery on the NHS, ditto anorexics, who often suffer from body dysmorphia, we don't refer them for liposuction and agree they are indeed fat. Why is gender dysphoria treated differently?

To be fair to tilly, AnE, I did read that as a bit threatening too. Like, "if you don't know how bad it is for a cock to be shoved somewhere it isn't wanted, you will one day!" Like you're going to make sure they know what that's like... I mean, perhaps that isn't what you meant... but it is an understandable interpretation.
