Don't get me wrong she seems like a lovely lady and does have some useful tips but AIBU to think she cleans alot and often. As a single mum I don't hardly have anytime during the day to do this amount of cleaning! Now it's making me feel bad that I don't clean this much 😂

I don't think it's a too out there comment to be kind to others.
The world would do well with a bit more kindness out there. A saying I was taught when little was "if you don't have anything nice to say about someone, don't say anything at all."
Applies well on here to those bitching about decor or adverts etc. You don't like it,so what. You're entitled not to, nobody's telling you to. To come onto a national forum and bitch about someone for them in front of them for them to see, not pleasant.
See the bigger picture, she seems to be helping loads of people mentally (a couple of stories just in this thread as well) and that's a great thing.

It's a shame the 'hinch army' are hypocritical when it comes to online bullying. Poor Gemma from TOMM has had a hellish few weeks after being hounded daily by the 'army' because she has more than half a brain cell and has advised against mixing chemicals, something she was doing LONG before hinch even had a home account. It's a shame Sophie can't address her 'army' and call off the bullying towards other instagram members seeing as she has such a strong view when it comes to cyber bullying against her 🙄

Would like to add to my previous comment that I don’t find anything she does remotely offensive, id love to have the energy to clean my house like that but I have a newborn so it’s not happening yet, ha!

I don’t know why people are so upset about how she decides to decorate her own house or spend her own money?! Anyway ive now followed her and want to see what all these pine products smell like, who doesn’t love it when their house smells nice!

@shepherd88 I saw another account talking about mixing chemicals (although not called gemma) and it just came across like she was trying to discredit an account that must have been popular, I’ll now assume it was mrshinch.

Like I say this person isn’t called gemma but definitely came across as jealous of whichever “chemical mixer” they were talking about - she also has a very large following so it wasn’t nice to see.

I’d like to know what Mrs Hinch thinks of “her army” (🙄) doing exactly what she is upset about in this thread.

They are bullying and trolling someone over a cleaning product. They need to get a bloody life never mind a Minkea or whatever the hell they call it. Anyone who names their dishcloths is just lost on me sorry.

This is rather embarrassing, but my house has been a shit tip for months, I'm on various meds for mental health and I just could not get started.

I've been following Mrs H, LMM and EOK and I began my clear out and deep clean this morning. I've one room complete and another 2 cleared of rubbish. I'm skipping around the place.

I hope I can keep it up

Even the worse army is used in an aggressive manor and I can get upset when several followers all joining in = thousands more plastic to deal with.

I did notice last night that Gemma had to post asking for it to come to an end, and asked Sophie to do the same and pass on to her followers but can't see that she has passed it on yet?

I don't have IG so don't know Mars Hinch but I do follow The Organised Mum. What are all the accusations of bullying and videos of people crying all about? Something to do with Zoflora?? you really shouldn't mix zoflora with bleach or put it in your washing machine. Or use it on anything ever actually because it smells like your granny's loo.

Manners cost nothing. Not abusing people on an online forum is not reflective of the 1950s way of life, although I’m sure manners back then were far better. If a housewife in the 50s was told Mrs Hinch up the road cleaned her sink 4 times a day I doubt she’d pop round and give her a mouthful but that’s exactly what is happening here.

Yes, some of the replies on here did seem to go a bit bitchy from some of the followers, but so the fuck what? It's only doing the exact same as those criticising her!

I think her decor's lovely - understated and minimal. Some like busy patterns or bright colours, I don't. Each to their own.

Exactly!!! Hurray!!! Finally lol. Just because we don’t have actual faces on these types of forums people think it’s ok to have two. It’s no better than being in the 4th year a high school and having to walk past the super cool 5th year girls and listen to their taunts and snide comments knowing you can do nothing about it.

I don't think it's anything to do with Sophie. A few weeks back TOMM posted some videos on using products safely, and said some people were not using them properly, the hinch army took it that she was talking about Sophie, as she posted some eyerolling responses and have been harassing TOMM. Now it's got out of hand so think she's just had enough.

Everyone should just leave it in the school yard and go do some cleaning instead

The organized Mum reiterated some advice on not mixing chemicals or spraying certain chemicals on fabrics brocade it can reduce the fire retardant properties of them. Mrs Hinch’s henchmen went a bit mad and attacked the organized mum.

On a lighter note, I found myself wandering the cleaning aisle in Home Bargains earlier for the first time everrr eyeing up the different Zofloras.

Rainbows there’s no personality in it at all. Just nothing. Even her kids bedrooms are the same. The only colour on her feed is from the cleaning products. Anodyne.
