I read that as you send abusive emails and yell at people who dare call you ms.

If you meant “annoying family members”, why didn’t you say that?

It should just be one title for all women over 18. Whichever one but there should be only one

In the meantime Ms is a good default and should be included on all menus.

I would put Dr. I once accidentally put Brigadier as it was the first thing in a v long menu which I must have somehow ignored!

I just think alot of the general public dont realise these people on the other end of the phone or in the service or retail sector etc are actual human beings & often speak to them like shit. Now THAT i find far more de-humanising then innocently being given the wrong title..

I might be missing the point here... but Purplebricks do have a reason for this and it's very long and boring but out of their control.

I tweeted them and they said they're aware of the issue and "looking to get the website updated soon". But then someone else replied to say they've been saying that for two years, and why can't they just be honest!
