Can you escape (game/test)

AIBU to try this 'game'? - I think it could be fun.

Locked upstairs in a house, you need to escape.

Rules, only one instruction per person until the correct action has been identified.

I've already 'written' the way to escape - if it works then I will write a fuller version to play a different evening.

For example: (player/you) Open Window:

(me) There are no windows.

As an aside (excellent game btw OP) does anyone remember a game for the Amstrad 64? It started "you are in an airlock". You could walk east west etc and at somepoint you joined a battery and a spanner, or was it a screwdriver? I wish I could remember its name. Must have been '86 when I played it...

Nothing to add, but I used to love these games so much on the ZX Spectrum - The Hobbit, Urban Upstart, Mad Martha, Inca Curse. I downloaded a pc version of The Hobbit a few years back if anyone is interested, such a trip down memory lane!

Oh my god this has brought back memories of playing The Hobbit ‘time passes’!!!!! I’d forgotten all about that !
