Can you escape (game/test)

AIBU to try this 'game'? - I think it could be fun.

Locked upstairs in a house, you need to escape.

Rules, only one instruction per person until the correct action has been identified.

I've already 'written' the way to escape - if it works then I will write a fuller version to play a different evening.

For example: (player/you) Open Window:

(me) There are no windows.

search walls/picture rail, using table for height

(Going to bed but will be interested to see if anyone has got out by morning!)

Search the underside of the table top

Shout for help!

Go back to see - Is there anything else left in room 1?

Curl up in a ball on the table and start whimpering

Open the curtains.

stand on table take lightbulb from first room put it in t'other room

(think I've been too pedantic now) You can now reach the ceiling (previously weren't stood on table and since standing on table haven't checked for loft hatch)

You find loft hatch and open it.

The loft is dark

Climb into the loft and search for a source of light

Greet the demon possessing the loft and be dragged upwards screaming?

Yell 'Hey, I'm locked in. Let me out please.'

The only thing left in room one is a bottle of water

Old lamp? Torch?

Kill jester.

This reminds me of playing The Hobbit - getting as far as the trolls and never being able to move on.
Or the one where you jumped out of an airplane and then died because there was no way to open the parachute.

They were very dark times.

Stamp your foot in between the beams to smash ceilings and find other rooms below

Right I assume the water will be needed later on? Or do I drink the water and use the propulsion from my bladder to piss myself upwards?

You pull yourself up into the loft. You find a matchbox containing three matches

Find a box in the loft full of useful things like a penknife, keys, torch, mobile phone and floor plans to the house.

Light a match!!

Find a light switch.
