I know FIFA and Russia and whoever is involved is horrible in some way... But it's the actual World Cup. Mexico v South Korea suddenly becomes hugely important to my life! England have a likeable squad and manager. Ronaldo, Messi, Neymar. Spain sacking their manager yesterday.

Croatia deserve this victory as Argentina have been dirty and have been conning the ref all through the game.

We watched last nights match in the pub and absolutely everyone was supporting Croatia.

I thought Argentina were poor and dirty as ever. Ottamwndi should have been off. Can he be disciplined retrospectively? The manager walked off without shaking any hands. As did Messi which disappeared me. Very poor sportsmanship.

I thought Croatia looked good and strong. And didn't rise to Argentinian bait. Good for them.

I would like to see Costa Rica win today. I don't think it will happen although there have been a lot of surprises so far so you never know!

Iceland deserve a place in the knockout rounds. Really hope they finish ahead of Argentina.

Neymar doing his usual rolling around if anyone so much as breathes on him. Luckily the ref isn't falling for it although the the commentator and Glen Hoddle seem to think he is being fouled every time. Funny how certain players get special treatment from them.
