What is your favourite feature on your body and why?

We put so much pressure on ourselves and concentrate deeply on our insecurities that we often forget about our good bits (I think so anyway).

Mine: my eyes. I'm mixed race with dark skin, but my eyes are bright green/blue. People comment on them a lot but I forget how unique they are when I look at myself...

My lips are quite nice and my boobs are just the right size (for me - small by most people’s standards) and still point in the right direction.

I have nice thighs. Slim and toned.

And nice eyes with thick long eyelashes.

My hands are ok too. Long fingers.

I have good bone structure and well-shaped lips.

There's a few things I'm satisfied with, particularly my hips to waist ratio and I like being petite with small feet but I can possibly find more that I dislike about myself tbh

I actually really love the two things about me that I used to hate as a teenL

1. thick wavy red hair (caused me no end of angst as a youth) and
2. beaky nose (as above) but is the same as my much loved dearly departed grandma. Both of these features mark me out as an individual, and also as a product of my ancestors. They kind of anchor me in history.

I have really good skin. Pale and interesting in winter and goes a nice colour easily in summer. I do look after it though.

Boobs - big and squishy
Good waist, curvy.
When I smile my whole face smiles, I like it.

My teeth. They are healthy and I don't have any fillings. They are also fairly straight and white.

As I'm getting older I'm also starting to appreciate the fact I look young for my age.

I'm 27 but am often mistaken for around 20/21 although I have been mistaken for someone younger than that. I used to be really self conscious about the fact I looked so young and worry that people weren't taking me seriously but now I quite enjoy it.

Oh dear, I think this may be a sign I'm getting old

I like my neck and shoulders, and my hands. They're all sort of nice shaped

I had a double mastectomy and a reconstruction so I love my new boobs as my old ones tried to kill me 😀

Pre kids, I would’ve said my eyes and bum. My eyes now look tired, and I can’t like my bum as it just doesn’t look the same to me now.

Thank you for this thread, because it got me thinking, and my new favourite feature of my body is its sheer strength. I’ve survived ivf, made and carried two babies at once, had a c section, healed quickly, fed my babies as best and for as long as I could, and even when my brain was saying I can’t do or give any more (sleep deprivation), my body carried on going. I’ve been so hating on myself because I’m not the same as I was before, and for not being able to do things ‘naturally’, but for the first time in a long time I’m now feeling good about myself.

I have good skin and look younger than my years. I will be entitled to a bus pass and free prescriptions later this year

I have good skin despite smoking and very blue eyes which some people think are coloured contact lenses.

That's about it

Oh and I have skinny wrists which I love as nowhere else on me is skinny!

Eyes

I have very good skin and (I think) quite a pretty face/warm smile.
Rest of my body is a mess (overweight/saggy/tummy shelf from 6mth old DS) but luckily DP still loves it.

I can only offer my body's amazing ability to sprout inch long eye brow hairs overnight and to grow the equivalent of a male chest wig on my arms.

My coloring - I have very bright blue eyes, pale skin and grey hair. Sounds dull but my hair does this silver streaks thing that people assume I’ve paid good money for, I get nice comments on my eyes. I think I like the combination of the coloring above each bit tbh.

I have a very pretty vulva.

I have big round husky-blue eyes with long lashes. They get complimented, i'm not bothered, they are 5.25 wonky so i have glasses.

My teeth are strong, no fillings (at 43), my bones are strong, never broken anything.

But my foof... She's a stunner

I have great skin, its clear and glowy, never get spots, don't need to wear makeup (actually I hate the feel of foundation) and people are always commenting on it so I'm very grateful for that.

For a large ish woman I have quite a small waist which gives me a curvy hourglass shape which I do like.

My Brain, and the endless curiosity I retain about completely random stuff. Other than that, I have bum, waist and boobs. I lost the waist post-menopause but have gone low carb and it's now come back which makes me very happy :-)

My most excellent cheekbones always elicit comment.

I've also got a rather splendid clavicle.

I posted a picture on here and people guessed me at 10 stone due to my thin face, cheekbones and thin wrists when I'm actually 19 stone.

I am a size 14. I have a curvy hourglass shape with big boobs, slim legs and a fairly trim waist. I also have lovely blue eyes! I could lose a stone and be a slimmer curvy hourglass but I am not unhappy at this size.
