What is your favourite feature on your body and why?

We put so much pressure on ourselves and concentrate deeply on our insecurities that we often forget about our good bits (I think so anyway).

Mine: my eyes. I'm mixed race with dark skin, but my eyes are bright green/blue. People comment on them a lot but I forget how unique they are when I look at myself...

my wrists. my fingers are a bit short and stumpy but I have nice wrists. like admiring them when I'm doing Pilates

I honestly cannot think of one bit of my body that I like. I’ve sat and thought for 5 mins but I have massive issues with my body and I’ve always hated it. As I get older I just find more things to not particularly like about it .

I have skinny ankles and wrists. Despite being pretty fat currently (working on it!!) they are still very slim. I was devastated when my ankles swelled up after giving birth- the fact that they were so swollen was more upsetting than that day I looked down and saw my nipples were actually bleeding.

I love my neat, pretty little ears and I have a nice nose. I'm fond of my long fingers too & my ankles. Oh, and my skin which is barely lined at all in my 50s.

I suppose I like my innards as they work and keep me going haha. I don't like anything on the outside though.

I love my proportions. And soft skin.

I hate tjr fact I am overweight and have no features I can pick out as ones I love but my body in general is amazing. I am (touches wood) rarely ill and have nothing that niggles or bothers me, at an age where my peers are starting to complain. I have a high metabolism, and being overweight is entirely my own fault, my body tries hard to burn the calories . I can run when I need to and walk for miles despite being unfit. At the age of almost 40 I have perfect eyesight (am aware this might change soon). My only health complaints are scalp psoriasis and incredibly cold white fingers when it gets even a little bit chilly. I need to be more grateful and look after it.

I'm quite happy with my figure , eyes ( green with yellow round the pupils) and ears .

I like my smile, I've got quite good teeth and fairly decent lips. My waist is always tiny no matter how much weight I put on. I can't really think of anything else

My nicely shaped nose. In the past, the favourite feature would have been having big, wide eyes but now they are more like little currants - what’s that all about then?

Hair! Nice colour!

The only parts of myself that I like are my blue eyes, my naturally red hair and my big bum!

My legs. Also have nice brown eyes.

Good shoulders, arms not bad, but at 57 am I too old to show them?

My hair is very thick and I have multicolour eyes. The rest is slowly losing to gravity.

Also my back (weird)- It's just a nice upper back, neck and shoulders.
I have minging fat hands and feet, not much I can change there.
I have good face skin after years of acne.
In a bra my boobs look fab.

I'm another one. Mixed race, dark hair, olive skin, amber green cat-shaped eyes. SheGotBetteDavisEyes I quite like my forearms too!
As cheesy as it is, I'm generally very happy that my body serves me well and my only real complaint is that it sometimes gets very achy - but we all do so I really am grateful I don't have health problems. I just try and look after my body as best as I can barring the odd icecream and as a result, I'm not too overweight and my skin, eyes, teeth, nails etc aren't too bad.

Eyes - they're large and quite an interesting grey-blue which is sometimes commented on.

Legs come a close second - always had fairly good legs.

My hair... Spent 7 years growing it from above my ear and now it's at the middle of my back. It's so thick and curly!

Not much really, I am in my 70s, overweight etc but my dh says he loves my smile and my skin is soft without too many wrinkles!
In another way I’d say the scar from my breast cancer operation, my constant reminder that survival is possible and I am here. When I was diagnosed my biggest wish was to live long enough for my youngest grandchild to remember me. Well he wasn’t even born then and now he is 9. We have made memories.
