Just that really.
I've found one that is really comfortable but very expensive. I just wondered how much yours cost!

£1300

Mominatrix · 28/05/2018 07:42

Several thousand - I can't exactly remember (4??). It was custom made from Hypnos due to being a non-standard size.

Sametimesameplace · 28/05/2018 07:46

About £700. It was the first thing I bought when ex left. Love it.

Ratonastick · 28/05/2018 08:25

About£800, heavily reduced in the Dreams sale. My mum always says that you should buy the highest quality you can afford on shoes and mattresses because if you’re not in one, you’re in the other!

Dunno cos it came with the bed - but it's bloody lovely (still quite new) - very firm rated but still has a suitable degree of squidge in it and my bad back's buggered off a lot (I'll always have a bit of one) since we got it.

We had a bad experience with Ikea mattresses - first one died from a manufacturing fault and we had endless faff with surveyors coming out to confirm that... second one was still always a bit crap as a replacement.

£1200 for just a mattress (discounted). It is wonderful.

MistyMinge · 28/05/2018 09:09

Ours retails at about £1000 but we got lucky and only paid £500 as a friend won it in a competition. It's a duvalay diamond super king and very very comfy. I sleep so much better now. A comfy mattress is very important. Spend as much as you can afford, it's worth it.

About 3k. It's still going strong 7 years later!

Witchend · 28/05/2018 10:16

The only new mattress I've bought is a city one. All the others have come with the beds.

Witchend · 28/05/2018 10:17

City one? Cot one.

How do you turn auto correct off?Grin

Solina · 28/05/2018 10:38

Our mattress only was just over £600 but it was 50% off. When we bought it we didnt look for prices though and went with the one we liked the best after trying every single one in the shop. So worked out to be a bargain too.
