Royal wedding outfits (because they are the best bit!)

Without being bitchy about actual physical attributes, who looked great and who didn't quite make the grade?

I thought the bride's mother's outfit was lovely. Amal Clooney's yellow dress looked fab. Pippa Middleton's dress was v pretty. I liked Victoria beckham's too. Some lovely hats here:

But Eugenie and Beatrice bless them both seem to have gone for quite unflattering dresses in my personal opinion. They are young, slim, pretty, have lovely shiny hair and have an unlimited budget - how do they manage to get the dresses wrong?!

Tom Hardy looked strange with his bald head chewing away.

His mouth, surely?! But yes, chewing is rude full stop and chewing in church is truly dire.

Can anyone tell me if they have ever seen Victoria Beckham smile? This was a joyous occasion and she kept her sour milk stare on during the whole wedding! What is wrong with her? I wonder if she realises how unattractive this look makes her!. It must be on purpose. Nobody could resist smiling on such a day?

The only dress that stood out for me was that unspeakable navy spotted number. Wouldn’t have worn that even in my days as a librarian.

I thought Camilla looked fab, also Sarah Chatto I haven’t seen any pics of Sophie Wessex yet, Doria looked very elegant.
I didn’t really like Amal Clooney outfit, I thought it looked a bit like the dress wore her, rather than the other way round.
Kitty Spencer, is stunning.
I quite liked Beatrices dress was a lovely colour, Eugenie looked a bit boxy, she looks better in more fitted clothes.
Serena looked amazing, Oprah not so much.

I loved Carey Mulligan, Gina Torres, the navy spotty Suits lady, Sofia Wellesley and Amal Clooney. And Doria and the Queen and princess Anne.

And Kitty Spencer. Wow. Serena Williams’s evening outfit was gorgeous too.

The gum chewing irritated me too. Joss Stone was a culprit - did anyone see her go to manhandle the floral arch as she went into Church? I think the policeman must have said 'hands off', as she seemed to jump away!

That sparkly dress Priyanka Chopra has on is divine. I'd never take it off, even if I were just going to Waitrose!!!

My favourite was Zara and Mike. She looked lovely in that dress coat and both looked so happy together, no silly poses just natural

She has a lovely figure and I know she dosent smile and is a bit of a misery etc - but I like dark colours.

Whenever I see that much gum chewing I immediately think gak alert!

Who was wearing the bright pink dress? She came up the steps with the bridesmaids and Kate. It looked like the sort of thing one of my stunning and very chic Parisian ILs would wear to a wedding.

I like the colour of Beatrice's green dress and hat, it suited her. Reminded me of Elphine in Cold Comfort Farm, but in a good way. Eugenie's wasn't very flattering and reminded me of Amber's air hostess outfit in Clueless. They're pretty girls but don't seem to always chose the most flattering clothes.

James Blunts wife was a fave of mine and there was someone else in a siilar paler floral gown loved that too - cant remeber who she was .... and Kitty Spencer wow
