I don’t want to be governed from Brussels why?? First of all we are not "governed" by the Belgians! WE are part of the Eu so we make decisions together. The UK has a strong track record of proposing and writing European law so really you are just complaining that this is done from Brussels- by us! Secondly, even IF we leave we will have to make trade deals and alliances with other nations. Guess what? Nobody is going to say "do whatever you like UK fine by me". There will always be compromises - and they will be compromises where we will be in a MUCH weaker position than we are now.
