Is this weird behaviour on the underground?

I promise I’ve not lead a sheltered life Grin. I don’t live in London but have been there numerous times and always use the underground.

Today a girl stood next to me and started swinging around the pole (like a pole dancer) and then stopped and started doing squats and lunges whilst holding the pole.

I’ve used to get public transport every day when I lived in LA so I have seen some sights. But that’s odd right?

There’s a woman who does chin ups on the top pole during my usual commute.

Drugs?

I've tried pole dancing on the tube before. But my boring children stopped me and told me it was "soooo embarrassing" Hmm

I've never actually tried pole dancing at any other time though. It could be my hidden talent!Grin

That would be 97% of the population! 😂

Made for an interesting journey but not normal!

I’ll give it a try on the Jubilee line on Tuesday and will report here.

Must choose my stations wisely though.

I absolutely LOVE eccentric public behaviour. Makes my day. As long as it’s non-threatening to themselves or others, of course.

Eh, as a longtime Londoner, it would have to be something significantly weirder and more obnoxious than that to make me do more than eyeroll slightly and return my attention to my phone/Kindle/kids.
