I see Friday 13 is a Friday. Do you expect people to lose a days pay? a days leave? spend money commuting to London? All in order to protest against a democratically elected leader of our strongest ally?

I booked a day's leave as soon as the date was announced, although I suspect any protest will be on the Saturday. I won't book the train ticket till much nearer the time, as there may be a coach running from where I live.

I think he will be expecting protests. We will be paying for the overstretched police service to cover his visit. Why not just do the opposite and not acknowledge the twat? When there is no one to wave to except the hated press, he may get more of a message than a protest would achieve.
