How often do you get a haircut?

I haven’t been to the salon since November. The hairdresser said we should go every six weeks but that seems expensive and I’m trying to grow my hair... if I went that often my hair would never grow!

Every two weeks at the minute but I'm currently sporting a buzz cut (grade 0) and I like to keep it so sharp that you can cut your hands on it

Every 6 weeks

Every 2 years. I trim and colour my own hair. My local hair dresser charged me £52 for haircut, re styled and blow dry. My husband didnt even noticed the difference, definitely no restyling, what a rip off, never again. We won't be taking our son there anymore.

Every 6-9 months.

Once or twice a year.

About 3 times a year, always before Christmas and holidays.

My hair is all one length.

I have an undercut and shave it myself.

About once a year these days. The water quality where I live is terrible so it is going to look shut regardless.

I try to go every 8 weeks, but realistically it's every 3-4 months now I'm back to full-time work and every weekend seems to be consumed with children's parties! Luckily my hair is naturally very blonde, so I don't need colour. It's a vague bob style, but when it gets a bit long and unwieldy I wear it up. I had a sharp bob cut a few weeks ago, so am planning to go back after 8 weeks to keep the shape. That cut cost just over £50, which is more than I usually pay, but it's a better cut from a nice salon, so worth it, I think. I feel lucky that I don't need colour put on, as it seems so expensive!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who hates going to the hairdresser. I thought I was in the minority of women who hate going.

I have long curly hair and go roughly 3-4 times a year. I'm tempted to cut it short again because I hate how long it takes to blow dry it straight at this length.

I'm lucky my mom is naturally gifted in hairdressing self taught 😅
But mine isn't cut that often at all. Last and first time I went to Francesco's and they did a messed up job of highlights and cut it so jagged! I was mortified for the price!

Not very often. My hairdresser jokes about my annual haircut I just really don't like having my head touched by other people...

I do it myself at home - not been to the hairdressers in about four years.

Every 8 weeks. It’s a naturally curly graduated bib that becomes HUGE if not cut regularly

Once a year. Long hair, I don’t use any heat or colour on it, only wash it every 5 days so it stays in good condition. Use Moroccan oil with every wash. I only go when it starts to get knotty.

I trim my own hair. My fringe I do monthly and the rest every other month. I only go to the hairdressers if I would like to change the style

I haven't had a hair cut since October. Before that it was about four years.

I haven't been in about six years I do my own hair cut and colour I hate salons with a passion all that who last cut your hair and you should come every six weeks bollocks if they were less judgemental I might go more often

Every 8 weeks for a cut. I have fine hair so it needs it otherwise it looks shit.

Probably about once every 18 months, I always intend to grow the highlights out then get fed up and go get it done again.

Five times since my eighteenth birthday so about once every three years on average.

I haven't been to a salon in 15 years. I absolutely hate it. Luckily, my husband is great at giving me a trim. My hair is long and straight, so "styling" isn't an issue.
