I hate it when they discontinue my favourite perfumes

My all time favourite summer perfume was discontinued,Miss Dior Cherie l'eau.
It really pisses me off when they do that,or reformulate it so it smells nothing like it used to.now its going for crazy prices on the 'Bay.
Also lancome Aqua fusion moisturiser!
What are your favourite discontinued perfumes or beauty products?

I just saw Gucci Envy in my local Debenhams store about a week ago so think it may be available again. I remember being told it was discontinued many years ago so was quite surprised. Ironically I wasn’t wowed by it any more.

Marc Jacobs by Marc Jacobs.
Not living in UK ATM and it's not sold here.
They sell it in john Lewis but it's so expensive.
The other Marc Jacobs perfumes are too sickly sweet for me.

Estée Lauder beautiful sheer, with the silver lid and pink liquid, totally different scent to the beautiful in the gold lid.

I still loiter wistfully whenever I see an Estée Lauder stand hoping I'll stumble upon it, I wish they'd give us some warning before it's taken off the shelves.

Faberge did a range called Addiction. The Saffron silk one was gorgeous. Very 1990's!

@thelastredwinegum I came on here to say Les Belles De Ricci too!! I've never loved a scent as much as that. Have you given in and bought any from eBay at all? I daren't in case it's gone funny. I got a tiny sampler bottle of it last year and it just smelt like alcohol....

I bought Nina by Nina Ricci the blue bottle and that is similar. Nowhere near as nice though, sadly

Truth or Dare is mine - it may be just a celeb scent but it is the most beautiful tuberose I have ever smelt

The first D&G perfume was incredible - it had a red velvet lid... I would love to track it down, if all the perfumes I ever had I got the most compliments on that one. Sigh...

I loved Les Belles De Ricci..so sad they stopped making it.

That’s interesting Savvy. I’ve seen it on amazon but I’ve aLway been worried about it being fake or off. I guess if it’s still made then it might be ok.

Loved both of these, but I can only find on amazon now and worried they might be fakes.

I had no choice but to spend £100 on a bottle of discontiuned Tendre Poison on eBay after I found nothing in the Debenhams perfume counter smelled nice to me. Most new scents are far too over powering, sickly or powdery. I have since purchased Lady millions which is quite nice. I think men’s aftershaves are much nicer though.

Belles de Ricci always comes up on these threads, I can't figure out why they don't just bring it back, there is clearly a demand! It reminds me of my first year of uni and I would love to be able to buy it again.

Fendi Theorema was another favourite which vanished and now I'm fearing for Chanel Eu Premiere!

See by Chloe seems to be discontinued & I fell it love with it a couple of years ago. I've had some off ebay, but like some other posters, I don't know what I'll do when it runs out! It's quite an unusual scent on me.

I loved Tender Poison too! What's the perfume dupe site that a couple of you have mentioned? I need to investigate ...

@CookPassBabtridge isn't Escada rebranded every year but is all the same scent just in different packaging with a new name ? I'm sure I was told that when I said how every one smells the same

Estee for Men after shave. If a man wore this I swooned as it was so lovely. Hugo Boss does that for me now

Gucci Rush II. Why ? It's gorgeous. I buy it if I spot it before it all runs out

gin I have had a couple of different escada ones and yeah they are very similar! All quite fruity but on the list of ingredients they're all a bit different. I can get the one I want on ebay but it's expensive, and I wonder how okay the perfume would be seeing as production stopped 10 years ago

Wish they would start selling it in the UK again, lovely summer perfume. Another one that mourns the demise of Miss Balmain, it was my favourite for years.

My husband is gutted they discontinued Marc Jacobs Bang, it's the only aftershave he really liked, I loved it too.

After years of searching for Gucci II it suddenly reappeared in Debenhams. It still isn't on their website but I did get some from Notino. It arrived today. I am one happy bunny!
