I hate it when they discontinue my favourite perfumes

My all time favourite summer perfume was discontinued,Miss Dior Cherie l'eau.
It really pisses me off when they do that,or reformulate it so it smells nothing like it used to.now its going for crazy prices on the 'Bay.
Also lancome Aqua fusion moisturiser!
What are your favourite discontinued perfumes or beauty products?

Venezia. Has anyone smelt the relaunch? Only available in Italy I think.

Talisman by balenciaga - gorgeous

Clarins Elysium was gorgeous but the one I mourn (and scour the web for) was Estée Lauder brasilian dream. Gutted.

@CantChoose Gloria was the first perfume I ever bought for myself when I was 16, I loved it! Volutes by Diptyque has something similar about it but God if I smelled actual Gloria it would take me back...

Also Gucci Envy here - I still have a 100 ml bottle almost full, and an eau de parfum too. Another short-lived gucci one I love is L'Arte Di Gucci, has a MASSIVE scent! Going for a ton on eBay but I'd never sell my two last bottles. Starbucks try fragrantica.com forums for Ritz it'll tell you what the notes are and what similar today

Clairethewitch the Cacharel one I think. It was discontinued ages ago.

Le feu d'issy is my ultimate favourite perfume. The took it off the market and made a light version that was shit.

Real version is now selling for nearly £200 on eBay.

starbuckssmartersister Charles of the Ritz takes me back to my youth. It was my first glamorous purchase - a red lipstick. Up until then it had been Yardley.

I have never tracked down Manifesto by Isabella Rossellini. It had top notes of basil and bergamot.
Jo Malone Lime, Basil and Mandarin is a poor substitute.

Correction. It's available on Amazon. But no way am I paying £70 for a bottle!

Yep, midnight was discontinued 2 years after launch, its bee gone for years, so i use mine sparingly.
Its not my favourite by a long shot but its the one i like that was discontinued.

The original Miss Dior I wore in the 70s. Totally different from today’s version.
I now love 5th Avenue by Elizabeth Arden, only stocked at a few places so on its way out. I have a stash of it.
I once bought Dior Star in the USA. It was never stocked in the UK, shame.

I prefer Pure Poison but I love Hypnotic and Midnight too. Even though I didn’t wear it I’m sad it has gone!
