Trying to have someone arrested, is meaningless. I could try and have you arrested because I don't like your shoes. I'm sure the copper would take a few minutes to smile and nod before walking away.

No, I haven't needed to do research on impact, the government have done that for me. The laws have been found to be so successful, that they are now looking at extending them to a sort of third gender category. The judicial review type thing that we have here has been unable to find evidence of a single GRC being applied for fraudulently and the take up has been lower than expected.

If you want an example of lying to women in a way that puts them in danger. The poster directly underneath where I originally posted my reasons, claimed that women would be arrested for hate crimes, if they called the police on someone committing a sex crimes in front of them.
This is a perfect example of a moral panic, it's a lie, it's dangerous because it might cause a woman not to report a crime, and it's the threat of male violence being used to make a women carry out an act, in this case sign a petition, that she might not have carried out otherwise.
