@CadyHeron you sound quite tense. Have you thought about taking a luxury holiday or seven? I hear they're quite relaxing. St Lucia is supposed to be nice this time of year.

I've got a thing for Idris Elba. He sometimes does great stories. But is that because he's hot? Am I allowed to say that.

Common sense to follow instagram accounts you actually like instead of watching them,complaining they're rubbish or slagging them off under the guise of being concerned.

@PavlovaPrincess I guess seeing something on Instagram is a bit like seeing something in a fashion magazine then coveting/buying it. No difference really. I can't imagine what magazines choose to put on their "must buy" type pages is completely impartial and sourced by them without favour. I don't feel tricked by either IG or magazines, as I assume they may both have agendas. If I love the shoes, I buy 'em

@wineusuallyhelps no, I don't feel tricked but I like to know if something is an ad or not. If someone is pushing something, I want to know whether they're recommending it because they like it or because they're being paid to. I think I can tell the difference but not always.

I loved those boots though. Wore 'em til the sole dropped off.

Grace & Air shoes are lovely (and too expensive) I bought them after seeing Sarah Mostly (yummy mummy) review them. 🙋🏼 Influenced. But she has always said ' I was sent these to review...'

@pavlovaprincess I think we all feel that way but the right way to be going about it is to remain coherent so they listen and not let it turn into a slagging off/personal digs and attacks to these instamums

I looked up the St Lucia holiday earlier (for fun - as I am heat intolerant! So have no Caribbean aspirations) and am I right in thinking is was about £10k. I nearly had a heart attack.

Surely no insta is in the slightest bit interested in what we say (apart from MP who pulled a PR masterclass). I'm hoping ASA might notice consumers are miffed though. Insta complaints are up massively.

@fruitbowl2 I looked too. I don't think the accommodation looks very nice either or the resort particularly amazing. If I was paying £10k plus I'd be wanting something a lot more special.

I'm not sure why moaning is not allowed? It's a big part of instamums lives. I'm not planning on doing any in the immediate future but if someone wants a moan that's fine by me. You can't moan on insta.

@Fruitbowl2 I'd heard it was nearer the region of £20,000 but I think that was from something someone had said on Insta, so I'm not sure.

MOD did say she'd paid for some parts herself which is why it wasn't a 'paid promotion' like the Florida holiday.

@fruitbowl2 I think they’ve all been reading and listening judging from my Instagram stories but what they chose to do with the concerns raised is another matter entirely.

@Mumofkids moaning isn't allowed because Cady has decided it's not.

@pavlovaprincess @mumofkids I don’t think Cady is saying nobodies allowed to moan but certain comments have been quite personal and lowers the tone of this valid conversation. Not saying that those are from either of you two but probably some sock puppets to be honest

I've been to nicer resorts in the Caribbean and cheaper than MODs latest holiday( and that's flying premier economy with Virgin with 3 dcs) ..certainly wouldn't entice me going to the hotels she's been to , she doesn't even look that happy there
....and I have somehow started getting e mails from destinology holidays blinking cookies
