Sorry I didn't mean to be slack, it just she's quite often featured how hard it is showering and using a tub in the shower and to be honest she seemed kind of normal in that sense. I couldn't read her book. I just thought it was refreshing how she discussed the whole ad thing at the time. Has she got that multimac seat too?

HeyRoly · 27/03/2018 19:33

Given the Multimac seat, yes. So not an #ad, even though it's worth about £1200.

Mumofkids · 27/03/2018 19:35

Missed that Roly. Hardly a necessity either wevalways managed to fit 3 car seats in our shitty cars.

Mumofkids · 27/03/2018 19:37

Fivelittledoves and dearbearandbeany I follow. Clearly trying to slog/blog their way up the Instagram hierarchy but a bit too lovely and insipid.

Babaloo88 · 27/03/2018 19:38

Back to susie’s stories from yesterday. Doesn’t she find it weird that men who are sending d**k photos, has already looked through her profile, therefore seeing photos of Rex and milo? If that happened to me, I would instantly make my IG private! No amount of free prams is worth my kids safety!

seafoodeatit · 27/03/2018 19:39

It snacks of Truman show for the kids. Even if the older ones can chose to not appear in the adverts they'll still be in an environment where their parents are reducing everyday moments into something superficial and saleable. I think it's a dangerous thing to teach children, I can see how it can easily create issues around self image, esteem and worth when your parents spend a lot of time doing take after take, constantly trying to perfect the image they project and seeing your siblings going through what you would have gone through. Just seems like a toxic mix to me.

Sidalee7 · 27/03/2018 19:41

I thought @badmotherpukka had it spot on in her recent post when she was talking about people expressing a different POV.
MOD's "darling Anna" reply TOTALLY missed the point. What planet does she live on?

seafoodeatit · 27/03/2018 19:41

Smacks not snacks*

AdidasGirl · 27/03/2018 19:43

I'm waiting to see if MOD blocks me for my comment to her and another I wrote in reply to MP's reply to me.It was worth outting myself as I've had numerous DMs on there thanking me for saying it, as they were scared of being trolled if they disagreed with her.

Mumofkids · 27/03/2018 19:44

Giovanna is promoting that Natasha and mental health aftervwhat Natasha did to Asha? What's wrong with these people?

VileyRose · 27/03/2018 19:45

It's insanity to instantly block anyone who disagrees with you!

Fruitbowl2 · 27/03/2018 19:45

seafoodeatit that's a really good point. I can't imagine explaining to my older kids why I was taking photos of them or only their younger siblings, for 800k followers, so we can get a better car/holiday for free.

Mumofkids · 27/03/2018 19:46

Adidas people don't want to get blocked more than they want to stand up and then have no future voice. It's crazy. Notice Anna didn't do a 'Darling Clemmie' reply.

VileyRose · 27/03/2018 19:46

It will be something that is regrettable, for sure. It's crazy.

Fruitbowl2 · 27/03/2018 19:47

Good for you AdidasGirl

Sidalee7 · 27/03/2018 19:49

Also, and I'm sure this has been mentioned before but MODFOD always used to reference FOD being really really tight. So not surprising that they have become so grabby!

Mumofkids · 27/03/2018 19:51

OMG. So we're all the deliveroo and uber and hellofresh all ads as well? And the Zara packages I wished I could afford?

AdidasGirl · 27/03/2018 19:52

@Mumofkids I was gonna say the same.
She has also deleted a moan from her story today asking "If the algorithm is messing up anyone's else's posts" or something like that.
She has also deleted the smug photo of her and the other instamums laughing with the hashtag about Asha.
Luckily though..There's plenty of people who have copies of all the things she said.
Asha knows what she did.Nobody can punish her more than herself. But she is fighting.Fighting for her and her beautiful boy.She is not going to let her mental illness rule her.
As someone else said, she is back (privately) Facing up to things thrown at her.
NB will not destroy her again.Because I And many of her other friends won't let her.
Sorry for the rant but MH should not be used to gain followers.

Festivecheeseandcrackers · 27/03/2018 19:55

I’ve tried to find out what the situation was with Natasha and Asha and know what Asha did but what was Natasha’s response? I tried checking her profile but like you said adidasgirl she’s deleted the posts.

IsThisAWindUp · 27/03/2018 19:56

MP's response is also testament to her integrity. Lots of bloggers will post something that they know will get a bunch of comments (good engagement tick) but then sit back and just watch the followers either argue amongst themselves or just respond to the comments they agree with. MP has responded politely and clearly to people who have waded in with a "f*ck the Haterz" type comment and explained why that perhaps isn't so constructive or helpful to the discussion. In doing so, she has opened up the discussion and enabled people with different opinions to get their point across, where they would normally suppress them (or come on here to express them). Its a masterclass in tact and diplomacy. In fact, I'm starting to think she should go into politics Grin.

PavlovaPrincess · 27/03/2018 19:56

Well done @AdidasGirl I know it sounds arselicky and patronising but it takes some guts to go up against the bigger Igers with a different opinion.

Mumofkids · 27/03/2018 19:56

Adidas I don't follow NB and never had but I followed Asha and was appalled by how she was treated given that it was obvious to anyone with a brain that it was not stereotypically normal behaviour.

AdidasGirl · 27/03/2018 20:02

I'm 41 @PavlovaPrincess If I cant have an opinion at my age then when can I.
My days of being a Fan Girl ended with Bros.Smile

AdidasGirl · 27/03/2018 20:08

Her response @Festivecheeseandcrackers was repulsive. She was asked not to do what she did but did it anyway.Insta story after story, posts,Even started a disgusting hashtag. When she put a picture of her and the other instamums up in front of a wall all laughing and used her vile hashtag about Asha.
She gained thousands of followers from it.
So tell me,How can someone who did all that to Asha(And as I keep saying,I make no excuses for what Asha did as it was terrible) But anyone would know that to do something so awful, including shaving her head had to be very mentally poorly.
NB and her BFF now have a MH website. They have all the instamums giving their story..
So she is apparently an expert on MH.Yet couldn't see her friend was in such a bad place she would lie like she did.And then made it even worse by benefiting from it all.

faceandpalm · 27/03/2018 20:10

@Sidalee7 I found her comment really patronising. She did something similar when Anna took a break... something like, “It’s so important to take care of your mental health.” She was taking a break - how dare she assume it was a mental health issue. Anyway, not my problem but it stood out. I just wish she would listen. emilykhbland’s comments on IG today have been so spot on!
