Comey apparently inspired the author of this book with part of the title. Membership of The Chickenshit Club was bestowed (by Comey and friends) upon those lawyers who claimed to have never lost a case. The assumption was that those were the lawyers who never took risks and only went for the sure win.

Facebook have confirmed that auditors and legal counsel acting on behalf of the company were in the offices of Cambridge Analytica this evening until they were told to stand down by the Information Commissioner. These investigations need to be undertaken by the proper authorities

These will be people who for all of their professional lives have been dedicated to preserving information - not destroying it. (I'd rather not have such colleagues with me if I went on some sort of raid.) A short order ICO raid is not exactly unprecedented but neither is it usual in that size of company. They'll likely have been discussing how to head that off at the pass rather than slashing and burning......

We'll see no doubt.
