It was dire. Utter crap. And I have a high threshold for crap, can watch most rubbish as long as its entertaining

Fast and furious franchise. I think they are comedies without punchlines and giggle at how anyone can take them at face value. DH likes them in a not at all ironic way

Only film ever we walked out of half way through.

Quite liked hotel for dogs but in a similar theme. Beverly Hills chihuahua 2! I kid you not.

YANBU I actually went to the cinema with a friend to see this. In my defense it wasn't pre-planned. We wanted to go to the cinema and chose what to see when we got there. It was so bad I wanted to leave halfway through. But my friend didn't like leaving the cinema before the film had finished. I think that film might have changed her opinion. I learnt to leave something if I'm not enjoying it when I saw a terrible play. I stayed after the intermission because I hoped it would get better. It didn't. I wished I'd left at the intermission. Total waste of my time to stay watching something I don't enjoy.

SharonBotts I thought trainspotting two was utterly self indulgent and it was sad to see the great "choose life" soliloquy reduced to a cross middle aged grumble.

Date Movie is a piss take, like the “Scary Movie”s and Not Another Teen Movie, of a lot of films and it being total crap is kinda the whole point, but you know that right?

When dd was younger she loved Moshi Monsters. Dh took her and I thought I’d got out of it. Except it was on on a kids a.m. and she’d been pestering so I took her against my better judgment then when it came out on sky she watched it again in front of me 😱. I don’t think it would have been a hit 30 ago years before merchandising was a thing. Mummy cruelty I believe.

Luckily more discerning these days she decided Mune is crap within the first 10 mins.

Open Water and Buried. Nothing can be as bad as either of those two wastes of time.

The recent Ghostbusters reboot.

The plot! The script! The characters!

Fuck me, that was a bad film.

Open Water is great. I found it really tense and scary.

Also disagree with the new Ghostbusters. It's hard to find a film that dp, teenage dd and myself will all enjoy, but that one was a real success.
The next day I bought a dvd of the original Ghostbusters to show dd. I'd loved it as a teenager, but I don't think it aged well. It wasn't nearly as funny as I remember and there were a couple of very dodgy scenes in it.

I paid £4.99 last night to buy a Virgin movie for two days ....... The Party, I thought it would be good as Timothy Spall is in it ..... I can't even begin to describe how odd it was!!

The last Resident Evil. Been a massive fan since playing it on the PlayStation with my brother after school. Loved all the films and was so looking forward to the conclusion. I actually had no idea what was happening in any action scenes as the camera jumped so much. A 1 second bit of film had 3 cut scenes. I was honestly the most disappointed I've ever been for a film.

Downsizing has a good premise, but the story didn't do it justice.

It's basically that dog that won X Factor doing tricks, with a crap storyline to facilitate the need for said tricks. Absolute shite!

Went to see it on a school trip, and even the kids came out saying 'that was a bit rubbish, wasn't it miss'. I couldn't disagree!
