Date movie.
It has alisonhannigan in and we thought it might be light hearted
It was dire. Utter crap. And I have a high threshold for crap, can watch most rubbish as long as its entertaining

Dd1 then14got a hold of a file share of the human centipede i caught her watching it and i confiscated her laptop I was so sickened Im sure i said she was never getting online again ever

buckbeak · 04/03/2018 23:35

My ds is obsessed with monster truck at the minute. It's fucking dire.. it's a big octopus alien thing that drinks oilHmm

Twilight, awful! Never understood the obsession with it.

50 shades of grey really pisses me off.

Monster family, ds turned it off 20 mins in. Absolutely awful.

HaroldsSoCalledBluetits · 04/03/2018 23:40

Honestly I didn't think human centipede was sickening - campy, ludicrous and rubbish, but not sickening. I watched it fully expecting to be sickened at The Horror but it was boring.

yumyumpoppycat · 04/03/2018 23:44

I loved 10 cloverfield lane. Mother is ok but really pretentious. What's wrong with Dunkirk?

Hated Mama mia and Titanic, couldn't believe it when I watched Totanic in the cinema and people gave it a standing ovation Confused ghost in a shell was pretty crap (scarlet Johansen again), recently fell asleep watching bladerunner 2049 or whatever it's called so gave up on that one.

AmberNectarine · 04/03/2018 23:45

Smurfs 3 makes Smurfs 2 seem worthy of an Oscar.

For me it's:

The Village. Still angry about this one.
The Box. 90 mins I'll never get back.
The Tailor of Panama. Pierce Brosnan at his greasy, geriatric lothario worst.
Captain Corelli's Mandolin. I don't remember anything about this other than the overwhelming urge to harm Nicholas Cage.

KellyBailey · 04/03/2018 23:46

I hated Avatar too, I was willing them to nuke that fucking Pandora planet into oblivion.

Monster family was utter shite, we watched it out of boredom when snowed in on Friday but it was just boring drivel. Sorry Jason Isaacs.

Andylion · 04/03/2018 23:47

The second Thor movie. Luckily, I was seated on the aisle and I just turned in my seat, faced the wall, and planned my Christmas shopping.

crumbsinthecutlerydrawer · 04/03/2018 23:48

thedetectorist that Scarlett Johansson film is just weird, I didn’t get what was going on at all, I do remember the scene with the baby/toddler crying on the beach and couldn’t watch that, it was too upsetting, and I’m not a softy.

Another Nic Cage one, Knowing. Utterly stupid ending. And an Anna Kendrick one that seemed to just not go anywhere and have no point, I think it was called Get a Job.

Dp quite often chooses shit films if they’re 99p on Apple TV. They’re usually 99p for a reason.

TaliZorahVasNormandy · 04/03/2018 23:49

Oh Serbian Film. Never seen it, but I looked it up on wiki. Who writes garbage like that?

KellyBailey · 04/03/2018 23:49

Oh and Independence Day Resurgence was a big pile of shite.

Smokeahontas · 04/03/2018 23:50

Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy.

Absolute dog shit. Two hours of your life you’ll never get back.

Toadinthehole · 04/03/2018 23:51

Has anyone else made the mistake of watching Tideland by Terry Gilliam?

AthenasOwl · 04/03/2018 23:52

There was a really terrible one a few years back with Daniel Craig in called the children oh and the worst horror/thriller has got to be the boy..honestly had me cringing at the end.

tillytrotter1 · 04/03/2018 23:53

Titanic, I fell asleep after muttering For God's sake, sink.

A Clint Eastwood film, Unforgiven (?), I sat in the foyer doing a crossword while OH watched it.

AskBasil · 04/03/2018 23:53

Out of Africa
Tree of Life
The Piano
Bachelor Party

and the winner is:

Pretty Woman

AskBasil · 04/03/2018 23:54

Oh and I'd forgotten Leaving Las Vegas

Turgid crap

MyFriendGiraffrey · 04/03/2018 23:55

So many of these films are on my "so bad that they're good" list. I'd like to add Cockneys vs Zombies though. I challenge anyone to rate that one!

AskBasil · 04/03/2018 23:55

" For God's sake, sink"
Grin

mischiefinprogress · 04/03/2018 23:58

DH and I's first ever date was to see 'Disaster Movie' - disaster by name, disaster by nature! I'm surprised we ever made it to a second date actually Grin

RustyPaperclips · 05/03/2018 00:08

Trolls 2. It's terrible and amazing at the same time. There was a Netflix documentary about it being one of the worst films ever made and reuniting the cast

MumOfAPickle · 05/03/2018 00:08

The only film I've ever walked out of is Green Card with the terrible Andi Macdowell.
Recent shite includes Boss Baby and John Wick, absolute dross and I'm pretty easy to please (my DH says if it flickers I'll watch it!)

Onlyoldontheoutside · 05/03/2018 00:08

Hated The Shining and have never understood how Jack Nicolson could be called an actor.

cariadlet · 05/03/2018 00:09

Unforgiven was brilliant.

Just remembered Hannibal - the sequel to Silence of the Lambs. Hideous film. I should have listened to the reviews and stayed at home (but I love Silence of the Lambs).

SharonBottsPoundOfGrapes · 05/03/2018 00:18

I walked out of Vanilla Sky. Cameron Diaz crying over Tom Cruises spunk annoyed me.
Skyline is one of my best bad movies. My other best bad movies include Showgirls, Critters, Hollow man, Happy Gilmore, Little Nicky, Big Daddy (so a lot of Adam Sandler stuff Grin )
Was anyone as disappointed with Trainspotting 2 as me. I wouldnt call it a bad movie but it absolutely paled in comparison to TS1.

Tara336 · 05/03/2018 00:23
