Date movie.
It has alisonhannigan in and we thought it might be light hearted
It was dire. Utter crap. And I have a high threshold for crap, can watch most rubbish as long as its entertaining

The best worst film ever is Sharknado

cariadlet · 04/03/2018 23:00

Bad Moms 2. Got dragged along by teenage dd who assured me that the first Bad Moms was really funny. Don't know about that, but Bad Moms 2 was excruciatingly bad.

Surprised that Dunkirk and Shawshank Redemption have been mentioned. I love both of them.

I'm always surprised to see how many stars Bridesmaids and Mamma Mia get in listings magazines when they're on tv yet again. I thought the first was very unfunny and the second just pretty boring.

I'd probably include Hotel for Dogs if I'd had to watch it at the cinema, but dd loved it when she was younger and used to watch it endlessly on TV. It's pretty inoffensive fare for preteens and I didn't mind having it on in the house when I could get on with other stuff at the same time.

JessyJames · 04/03/2018 23:01

Truly, Madly, Deeply. Awful film.

slightlysnippy · 04/03/2018 23:02

To the poster who mentioned, English Patient, totally agree. I was so suprised when all my friends loved it! Also Premonition, with Sandra Bullock, awful film.

yolofish · 04/03/2018 23:02

haven't rtft, but has anyone mentioned The Perfect Storm? boat goes to sea, there is a storm, everyone dies, the end. Pile of shite.

slightlysnippy · 04/03/2018 23:03

Truly, madly, deeply oh no don’t say, that I loved it. Shock

UnRavellingFast · 04/03/2018 23:03

Stuck in a holiday flat having watched all the dvds we watch some fucking awful tripe film about the artist Turner. I think. Oh god it went on and on and on in the most turgid dull and irritating way. I finally ran off and drank wine in the kitchen.

Avatar was dull as shit didn't get the fuss there at all. Very emperor's new clothes.

Kahlua4me · 04/03/2018 23:03

gingergenius I couldn’t agree more about Nicholas Cage! I only said his early films because I haven’t watched any since then 😀😀

MrsJayy · 04/03/2018 23:03

Tbf sharkado isn't meant to be good Grin

MargoChanning · 04/03/2018 23:04

Totally agree about Early Man. I was so bored I nodded off and woke to find my equally bored DD6 stuffing a jelly baby in my mouth.

mmzz · 04/03/2018 23:06

Love, actually.
It wasn't well received when launched, but somehow, over the years, it seems to have developed a fan base. Not me though, it's disjointed, flimsy and comes across as a series of cameos.

Rockerfeller · 04/03/2018 23:06

@MrsJayy it's my guilty pleasure! I was crying laughing at it!

Vicky1990 · 04/03/2018 23:07

Did I say Dunkirk, if not then DUNKIRK.
Not one good thing to say about this film, it was an embarrassment.

Whisperquietly · 04/03/2018 23:07

Eyes Wide Shut. Worst cinema experience of my life.

JustOneMoreCoffee · 04/03/2018 23:07

My nominations are

Eraserhead. Just what? It's about 7.3 on IMDb as well!

10 cloverfield lane, the ending was like a different film shoved on.

Gerald's game, ridiculous.

Never understood the enjoyment of mamma Mia.

I like bad films like sharknado and regularly watch a naff predictable channel 5 event so I'm probably not that credible Grin

littlebillie · 04/03/2018 23:08

The princess and the frog

SusanneLinder · 04/03/2018 23:10

A 2011 film with Anne Hathaway called One Day. Utter shite. She got hit by a truck and I giggled cos it was the only thing that happened.

Gravity with Sandra Bullock. She literally twerks in space around a Globe...bloody awful.

Artificial Intelligence.....dire

Titanic....." Jack, Jack, Ill never let you go Jack...and then lets him drown. 😒. And wont even share her door...selfish cow.

Avatar....utter pish.

TaliZorahVasNormandy · 04/03/2018 23:11

Skyline and Sunshine. Neither had anything that resembled a plot.

Creambun2 · 04/03/2018 23:11

From Hell is one of the worst film I have ever seen.

HaroldsSoCalledBluetits · 04/03/2018 23:12

Yy Titanic ... "I'll never let go". \lets go.

SusanneLinder · 04/03/2018 23:13

Oh yeah Skyline...that was pretty bad.

And Les Miserables. Everyone in the cinema was crying. I cried at the acting.🤣

Andylion · 04/03/2018 23:13

Early Nicholas Cage films include the excellent Raising Arizona and Moonstruck.

moodyblues · 04/03/2018 23:13

moussemoose Hotel for Dogs is a family favourite - I can’t quite believe you don’t like it, it has lots of lovely dogs and some cute kids.

They save the day - what more do you need? It warms the cockles of my heart. Smile

SusieOwl4 · 04/03/2018 23:14
