Whats your favourite Marks and Sparks treat? I LOVE their fresh salsa. Realise i sound annoying but wondered if im missing anything else amazing? AiBU to think if i was wealthy i would buy all my food there?

Walnut whips (especially the ones with a coffee bean on top)
Colin caterpillars (veggie)
Lots of their salad pot things (there's one that is all seeds and nuts and stuff with a sort of lime dressing IIRC)
Elderflower cordial
Sloe gin
apple hot cross buns

Ours is very small - so doesn't have some of the things mentioned in other posts. I want to try the butternut squash ravioli.

Oh and the mini cheese and onion rolls - I could eat a whole packet of them

I bloody love the spiced iced buns, survived on those when my DS was in hospital

missyB1 I am very envious of your homemade Eve's pudding. I have a recipe that I keep meaning to try but am too lazy chicken.

AdaColeman Ah, makes sense. Our food section is quite small (which is weird considering the size of the rest of store) so explains why I don't see all this variety of foods. I am fixated on the Victoria sponge muffins!

I am gutted. Thanks to this thread, I had it all worked out in my mind what I was going to buy from M&S for weekend treats and now it has bloody snowed and I won't be going.

The frozen fish offer is back on. 4 breaded cod fillets, bag of frozen chips & litre of lemon curd ice-cream - £6.50 !
I'm not mentioning the chocolate popcorn, rosemary focaccia and you lot said I had to try mexican coleslaw.

I often time a petrol fill up for about 9pm at our M&S garage and empty them out of reduced stuff for our work/school lunches the next day. I buy EVERYTHING!

Lemon curd ice cream sounds fab!

Iced and spiced buns. I've got DD hooked on them now too.

I have been eyeing up the pineapple cakes for weeks so going to try those next time oh and the mexican coleslaw if they have it!

This thread is now making me think of things M&S used to make but discontinued.

Two off the top of my head were a Tuna Melt sandwich which I LOVED (and I don't really like ready made sandwiches) and really going back now (I am old..) they used to do a pork pie with pate on top of the meat which I think was called a Swiss Pork Pie - super delish!

We have recently had a BP M&S open near us. I feel I haven’t given it the first chance it deserves!

Husband has just come back with the £10 pizza meal deal and some anchovies. Yum. I could have given him a list but he gets flustered with all the choice!
