Whats your favourite M&S treat

Whats your favourite Marks and Sparks treat? I LOVE their fresh salsa. Realise i sound annoying but wondered if im missing anything else amazing? AiBU to think if i was wealthy i would buy all my food there?

Ooh, and their apple crumble microwave/steam puddings. They're by far the best shop bought crumble I've ever had!

The Belgian cocoa dusted chocolate truffles.
Very indulgent, and always half price at Christmas time.

Cheese scones from the bakery, the only thing that could tempt me to eat after being really ill and losing my appetite for 3 months, an awful experience for a food lover. I’m back to normal after 2 years and 2 stone but would never want to be that ill again.

Well it used to be Delta potato triangles but they stopped making them - I have never forgiven them.

Did manage to sink two bottles of their delicious Mince Pie Martini over Christmas though.

M&S crispy bacon strips. Pure opium.

But they must be thin and crispy.

If you go through the packets on display and give them a gentle, swift press, you will quickly identify the truly crisp bacon strips from the cooked but merely rubbery bacon strips, which are not so much fun.

Tesco used to be the same; but for months now, it's been rubbery "Cooked Bacon Strips" - i.e. do not expect any crispness at all, for ye shall not find it, and we've given up on it in our labelling.

But a good, true packet of M&S crispy bacon strips is heaven!

And whilst we are rhapsodising about M&S food can we spare a moment to mourn the passing of the Chicken Tikka sandwich. Sandwiches are my favourite food and this was the best sandwich ever. Made on oaty wholemeal bread I seem to remember with a yogurt and mint dressing. It is over twenty years since I last had one and I still,look every now and then in the forlorn hope they have been re-introduced.

ALL of the crisps especially the jalapeño and sour cream party mix and the honey roast ham thick cut ones. Watching me go at a bag of those requires a narration by David Attenborough.

The bacon and cheddar sausage rolls.

They’ve recently bought out something called ‘chocolate caramel and peanut butter chunkies’ and they are probably the best thing I have ever put into my face. I can’t stop thinking about them. I have made my husband do the food shop alone for the last three weeks and it’s all because of those irresistible little bastards!
