If you have a young baby and no family support, how do you manage the following things:

  • a career/money
  • hobbies
  • friendships/a social life
  • physical health/exercise
  • a love life/dating

I've got terrible pnd so perhaps that is colouring my thoughts, but I can't see any happiness in being a single mother.

OP what advice would you give to someone in your situation? You are clearly intelligent and articulate but need to try and make your way through the depressive fog. Write a practical list of what you nee to achieve.

Can your Mum help? Can you stay with her until you are sorted financially.

Have you been on gov.uk to check benefits or called 08000556688?

Can student services help? With MH issues.
Would social services really be that bad or possibly they would be there to support you?

Have you joined a baby group?

Good luck. I could not read and run. You are stronger than you think.
