Why would I send a copy to my child's school, she isn't transgender? I would assume that the parents of any transgender child would work with the school so that they had all the resources in place to best meet the needs of the child and communicate the respectful way to address the child to his/her fellow pupils.

Personally I feel schools need an alternative to endorsing and advocating the nonsense and harm that is trans ideology.

There is a dire need for a resource like this, just ask your local schools. Their hands are tied and currently have to follow shakey advice from charities that seem to want to push the trans narrative.

This site actually seems to make some very good points. It's concerned about the things that are debated daily on this site. I wouldn't just send something into school, but am interested to read it.

I'd rather people sent something to their children's schools about autism - I'm sure there are more children on the spectrum than there are transgendered.

You are right about autism, it';s a huge issue in schools. 95% of children on the spectrum report being bullied, however the government (however shit in practice) do give out guidance to schools. As yet the government offers no such guidance regarding trans issues, and more importantly how to avoid terrible stereotypes and the assault of girls. We seem to have lost our way with regard to how best to serve girls in 2018, a high level of sexual assault in schools and so on.

Notevil. I'd argue that the huge rise in the number of GNC girls that identify as trans is gay conversion therapy. I think I read 95% of young trans boys are attracted to girls.

Currently schools follow advice from Mermaids - who definitely have a very, very particular agenda. This would at least give those developing PHSE curricula an alternative viewpoint.

I click on loads of posts intrigued by a title and then not remotely interested. But because I'm an adult who can control my impulses I just close the thread without comment and look at a different thread.
