Ok I have to stick up for Stacey Dooley. I've worked with her on and off for near 10 years. She is one of the sweetest and kindest people I've ever met. She works so hard and is one of the team. She makes no demands and gets on with it. She is so disarming and gets the answers by asking hard hitting questions in such a simplistic and blunt way (yet without causing offence or creating tension). She's a human being and does find some aspects of the job really hard. We've been in horrifying situations and not realised just how bad or dangerous until we are smack bang in the middle. Sometimes you talk gibberish because of nerves and that's the part that invariably ends up being used.
