The best flavour of jam

2. Gooseberry
3. Strawberry

DC contend that strawberry tops both lists

Clearly I am NBU. Strawberry jam is good jam but definitely not best.

Quince
Bramble
Apricot
Plum

All homemade.

I also love seedless raspberry, but DH prefers it with seeds in and he is the one that grows the fruit and makes the jam so I keep stum as long as he keeps the Quince for me.

Pineapple or gooseberry are my favs. Failing that cherry or plum or apricot.

Black currant or three berries for me. Closely followed by raspberry. All seeded of course.

I don’t think I’ve ever had home made though.
