AIBU Trollhunting is ruining AIBU

I understand troll hunting if the OP is giving dangerous advice. However, increasingly every single poster is being grilled by troll hunters about every aspect of their post. It makes a thread hard to follow and really boring to read.

I don't understand why the troll hunters do it, there is an easy to use report button. I have read several threads in the last week where the OP was subjected to constant snide comments about the veracity of their post. I think if these troll hunters persist then people won't want to post at all.

Amen to that Eve.

Alas no, Christinayang, we're all out of hamsters here so it's just chicken and rice - but with no peas - and gravy.

Estellanpip · 31/01/2018 17:56

That's some explanation, Rose. No wonder it took you so long to come up with it. Had to finish cringing first though, eh

IMightMentionGriddlebone · 31/01/2018 17:57

I really can't think that this thread could benefit from peas?

Can we not do something immature with leeks in the casserole instead?

LyingWitchInTheWardrobe2726 · 31/01/2018 17:57

I do have a sweetheart cabbage but nobody seems keen, so probably a bit of sweetcorn in with the rice.

There is NO thread that wouldn't be improved with the addition of PEAS, IMight. Everybody loves them in this house - so we keep eating them all and running out - like today. I was in TWO supermarkets and did I think of peas? No. I did not.

Christinayangstwistedsista · 31/01/2018 18:00

We should really be able to pick our own vegetables

IMightMentionGriddlebone · 31/01/2018 18:01

Fried cabbage with rice is, well, not "nice", but one of the more palatable ways of presenting a meal that contains identifiable cabbage.

Unlike you, I am not a stay at home person.

No idea what that means, Rose. Baffled.

Or worse - a stay at home mummy or grandma...

GreatDuckCookery6211 · 31/01/2018 18:04

'I can't see pandy being accepted as a mod over there'
I think it was a joke.

I'm sure it was! Be funny if it were true though Grin

It at least must depend on the peas, Lying. I overcooked some cheaper-than-chips specimens earlier in the week, and ended up binning my dinner because they tasted absolutely revolting.

@peachgreen 'The poo Troll?!'

What the hell did I miss?!

Christinayangstwistedsista · 31/01/2018 18:06

We should really all be out buying chickpeas

Who is a stay-at-home mummy or grandma, Tips?
