AIBU Trollhunting is ruining AIBU

I understand troll hunting if the OP is giving dangerous advice. However, increasingly every single poster is being grilled by troll hunters about every aspect of their post. It makes a thread hard to follow and really boring to read.

I don't understand why the troll hunters do it, there is an easy to use report button. I have read several threads in the last week where the OP was subjected to constant snide comments about the veracity of their post. I think if these troll hunters persist then people won't want to post at all.

RoseWhiteTips, that makes absolutely NO sense. I can understand that you'd copy your post, including the mistake so that you could correct it - but why copy your username? Wouldn't the date/time gubbins be on there too if you'd posted it so hurriedly? Wouldn't you be more careful the second time around?

To be fair I’ve checked when Pandora stopped posting before because the woman loved to get on my case regardless of what I posted and where , it was quite strange when she suddenly disappeared.

Amen to that. When I post like an arse I do it in this username, I don't change it to post then.

I find it amusing (with a raised eyebrow) that posters give people grief for namechanging, and the same posters also give people grief for not namechanging.

They'll say that someone is 'cowardly' for namechanging and in the same fucking breath say a poster who doesn't name change 'thinks they are royalty'
