Just that really. I mean how do you literally force yourself to get up? I snooze my alarm 5/6 times, feel terrible, start every day rushed and late. Each day I think it’ll be different but it never is. Sad desperate for strategies! This has only started in the last year or so - I used to be able to spring out of bed on the alarm. Is there anything that makes it easier?

Fakemews I would have to go to bed at 8 every evening to get the amount of sleep I need, I get in from work at 6, 2 hours is not enough time for me to cook, eat do general evening stuff like sort some washing out and have half an hour of relaxing time before trying to drop off.
I think I definitely need that Clary

Apologies, Clara

So, I still haven’t got a sunrise clock...but I found that sitting up in bed when the alarm goes off, drinking a glass on water and turning the bedside lamp on have been a big help. These were all tips from the thread - thank you so much! Today I only snoozed my alarm once. I just need to keep it up.
