On the one hand I'm so happy she feels so comfortable in her sexually. Like go on lovey.
On the other I really don't want to actually hear it.
How would you deal with this?

DH and I have always made sure we are extremely discrete with the kids in the house. If they did not extend the same courtesy I would be appalled.

It is her total lack of respect for her mother and hwr lack of self awareness (27 still living at home and behaving like a teenager shouting the place down during sex with her bf) everyone is shocked about. Bit strange. I'd never make any noise while having sex in my parents house, I'd be too mortified they would hear something. I actually think it's quite disrespectful. And embarrassing.

Sadmum I doubt it. Nothing for OP to feel bad about. It’s her daughter that should feel bad. How would a child like it if it were the other way round. It would make her feel uncomfortable.

Tell them both together that they need to keep it down while you're in the house. And make sure they know if you are going out and how long you will be.
